Doesnt matter where i go to Uldum 1-5 people in area. Twilight highlands 5-10 people in area. Vashj'ir 0 people in area. \ Hijal 1-3 people in area. And weird is, people im sure of botting are off aswell. This is a fairly hi populated server and areas are normal packed with players. Mined all night and got more then ever in 6-7 hours. Like i was alone or something. Makes me wonder a bit, people laying low or bots banned? Should i lay low aswell? Trying poseidus now while herbing, so should be allright.
Been quite a few reports of bans from people farming in Uldum, that might account to fewer people being in the area. As far as whether or not you should lay low, botting is never safe. So it's really up to you, I don't think the risk has gone up any tbh but I also have a lot of things that make me feel safer while botting.
thats what i mean, i can do that aswell... gathered 500+ veins in 6 hours. and i know its not safe, i wasnt talking about that, im talking about the fact that almost no one is there. as long as i can remember, and im botting a long time, it never ever was this empty. [Gatherbuddy2]: Stopped gatherbuddy after gathering 542 nodes in 6h 50m 28s. [Gatherbuddy2]: Elementium Vein: 420 [Gatherbuddy2]: Pyrite Deposit: 65 [Gatherbuddy2]: Rich Elementium Vein: 57
Dunno. Maybe bans. Which means maybe I can actually gather some stuff for once. If I can sit by one node and spot 30 bots in 10 minutes I'm sure GM's can also.
My fresh acc got banned after 1 day in Uldum. I had been LEVELING the character through mining/herb and BAM, acc perm banned.
Depends on your realm's population. Also, it seems that most of free/old bots can't farm Vashj'ir - it is almost empty even on heavily-populated realms.
