      If I expected all this trouble of Honorbuddy as non-programming for this program I had not proceed to buy it, and looked for a better alternative, the program must be developed to avoid all the problems faced by users

      The problem is still existing as attached

      If you can find a better bot that has a lower risk of getting you banned than HB, then you are entitled to request a refund and purchase something else. HB is not a professionally developed product with a huge team of coders, developers, bug finders and eliminators, and all that such as Microsoft, or Blizzard, or any other professional large scale software development firm. When you decide to buy HB you are accepting that the software will be ever-changing, will have bugs, will go down from time to time for developmental purposes and upgrades, and will also not work on every single machine that it's installed on within the first 5-10 minutes that you get it. Some machines require more work to get it running due to differential circumstances. HB has a small team of very knowledgeable developers and support staff, and they can only do so much.

      Honestly, I understand you're frustrated and feel like you've been let down, but you really should have more patience with everyone here. We're all human and can only do so much at any given moment. I had some issues with a CC and HB not working together that a lot of other users practically pulled out of the box and started using, but I had patience, contacted the creator of the CC, used teamviewer, and we worked through the process and got everything working properly. It takes time and effort from both sides, not just the creators.

      But, if you really feel that this bot isn't worthy of your support, then please nicely ask for a refund and be patient as it will come to you. Then, with the refund, feel free to peruse other bots found on the internet. And, if you find one, please don't rage at us when you're banned within hours, or maybe days, of using it. This bot goes through banwaves, sure, but of all the bots I've researched, this one is by far the safest on the WoW bot market right now. It has the lowest amount of bans out of all the bots I've researched. Detection is extremely low, and you practically have to call Blizzard up and tell them you're botting in order to get banned. At least, that's been my experience.

      thank you guys for your supported me about my matter.

      Its work now but on my old computer :) , maybe its can't stand any new thing :D
