Im a new person to honorbuddy.. been using it for a couple of days now but i just tried to start it up and an error pops up saying there is a problem..am i the only person this happening to?? is this just a normal encounter that happens every now and then?
I rarely have issues with mine, but that's only when I leave it on to farm honor in BGs. I've been running mine for the past seven hours now without any problems while using Quest bot. ^^this.
a send report message pops up but when i send it in it fails and says too many reports have been sent...
Yeah. I've mentioned that to Hawker and Apoc. It's still not fixed. I've been using HB for almost, if not more than, two years and I've never been able to use the bug submitter successfully. It always tells me the same thing you're getting.
this is exactly what it says.. Honorbuddy has encountered a problem. Were sorry for the inconvenience could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed. version=1.0.3829.8764. culture=neutral. publickey token=53d73c680b668dc5' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Pardon me for asking this, but are you using a legit copy of HB? I searched for that error on Google and it points to a forum where someone else was having that issue and they were using a compromised version of HB. I can't say the word because it gets filtered, but it starts with a C and ends with racked. Hint, hint. If that is the case, then I would suggest making it a legit copy. You won't be able to get support for one of those compromised copies.
no its the legit copy i bought it directly from the honorbuddy site and it was working perfectly fine for about 3 days now. when i launch honorbuddy it usually has my keycode in the log in bar so all i have to do it hit log in and it attached to my game but this 1 particular time i launched it the keycode was not present i had to go into my email and get the confirmation email and reenter the code.. any ideas?
I find that so odd. I didn't have to use a key code to log into my HB client. I have a user name and password. But, then again, I bought my lifetime sub before this new system, so I'm not sure what to make of it. All I can suggest is speaking with Tony, or one of the other moderators. They'd be able to help more than I can.
i believe i fixed the problem i re extracted the file and launched it and it started up and is attaching to WoW... TYVM for trying to help me out Zel..
Running 5 sessions right now 48 hours straight no problems questing. Try to re download the client that will fix the issue more than likely. Don't just replace the old folder instal fresh.
Ah, I thought you would have already done that, which is why I hadn't mentioned it. Yes, usually a fresh install is suggested by Tony. So, for posterity's sake, clear your WoW cache and try a fresh HB install.
