As the title says. When you're at school/at work/somewhere else, how do you keep an eye out on your bot? I myself use Teamviewer to check every now and often what my bot is up to. When I'm at my girlfriends place or at work I connect to my PC @home and see what he's doing. While connected I have like 1 or even less FPS and some 16-bit colors, but it works. I cannot really control my character because the connection is way too bad for it, but I can at least see what he's doing, press stop on the bot if its needed, can even add a blackspot on the fly! Was just wondering how other people do this!
I use jMon (http realtime monitor) and Buddyprowl (Sends notifications on events to my Desktop, iPad and iPhone) together for the best bot managing experience and I will use Teamviewer to reply to whispers but apparently jMon is getting that feature so I wont be needing teamviewer for that purpose soon. http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...187-plugin-monitoring-jmon-buddy-monitor.html http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...g/24554-plugin-monitoring-buddyprowl-4-a.html
I just run it with HBRelog and check the results and the log when I get home for lunch and then again after work. Same overnight.
I use Splashtop, it gets laggy on my WiFi at school, but that's to be expected with my school throttling. But It's an app on the ipad that let's you see your desktop when you are away. It comes in handy when my messaging app tells me that someone is talking to me.
I use RealVNC and then connect it via VNC client available for any OS/Smartphone. Also i use HBRelog to manage HB.
LogMeIn as remote control of my computer, via my iPhone. jMon, BuddyProwl. That's all I need And sometimes I just use my sister since she's home most of the time, if I need to change profile or something
Please correct me if im wrong but teamviewer doesn't have HD so its terrible for 3D games, but excellent for transfering files, using copy paste etc. Splashtop is in HD and sometimes I can't tell if im on my pc or the remote lol.. but it doesnt have anything else.. no file xfer or anything.
