Hello, I've just bought Honorbuddy and I'm more than pleased. After earning me tons of gold, and farming me honor gear I'm really happy about it!

But I've started to read peoples succes stories on this part of the forum, and I wanted to try this out on my own! But than I started to wonder, if people who has (many toons) could share a few trips and tricks to a new user like me? Would be really kind if you would!

The only thing I've done is download Kicks profile and it seems to be working good so far.

      Regards.

This is merely conjecture, but I suggest staying away from Uldum farming profiles for ore, herbs, fishing, and mob grinding. Seems that most of the ban reports come from Uldum farming. Also, hold on to all the gold you can, sell everything you don't use (i.e. cloth, greens, blue, purples, materials (ex. cooking ingredients, gems, ore, herbs, cloth, patterns, recipes, etc.)) on the auction house. Make sure your toons have the best gear you can possibly get. While leveling ensure you're using the AutoEquip2 plugin so that your toon is wearing the best gear for its spec. Keep an eye on your bot as much as humanly possible. Stick with Kickazz's profiles (my own personal opinion and nothing more). Other than that, that's all I can suggest.

If you want to level, just use the profiles delivered with the new HB version, activate Autoequip2 and Talented, choose your specc, press start, be amazed.

Thanks a bunch for the tips! I'll stay away from Uldum than! I already have a full heirloom gear for him :)

I just started a lock, I leveled him to 5. Than I let the bot take over, he is level 13 now. as far as I can see there are no problems with it. Although at some point, it tried running back every level to gain skills... And it kills every red creep between hotspots. But it is doing good, and the best part about it, I dont have to level!

      Thanks for the tips guys!

Sorry for taking up this again but I have a new question regarding leveling.

I go to school, atleast 8 hour per day, and I would like my bot to level while I am gone. Just do some regular questing, what is the best way to keep it going what are the best plugins to use?

      Thanks in advance.

And if you want to let your bot run during the night use aRelog. Sometimes while questing it just gets stuck or something like that and doesn't continue. Normally it would dc after a while. With aRelog your char logs back in, reloads Honorbuddy and a lot of times that helps the bot to continue.
