That isn't even close to being relevant or even an accurate description. Shareware is often time limited, or limits certain key features, none of which apply here. The operative word is "key". SVN is not a key feature. Neither is a bells and whistles GUI. They are "nice" features. The plugin works just fine as is and is not limited in any key way. I'm not against this in any way, but after reading alot.. I'm just confused about this; - Fixed some Target Logic. - Fixed Soulwell Doodad problem. - Added Battleground Power Ups. - Added Target Timer to help with Switch Target Spam. - Added FrameLocks per Apoc's suggestion. Is this the "extra" u get for donating? I know, it's in testing.. but as I've read, you always talk about "you can do the same thing by editing variables in the .cs files"? You can change the options that you show in the GUI, but powerups, framelock, better target logic.. (Again, testing I know)? Either way, I'm going to donate, because I want to. (Altho I'm poor atm.. and I don't want to donate 1$ only.)
Guys, this is Phelon. He's got a long history with this sort of stuff. The guy who take others bots, put a .gif in them, and pretend they made it. Dont expect anything from him tbh.
This will be released to the public as soon as I know it is working well enough to do so. As for donator only.. they just get the first shot at it and the GUI which is in constant development. The power ups part might not be feasible as bgbuddy handles everything out of combat. Trying to force it to get power ups while out of combat may not be do-able, although I will be giving the code to the honorbuddy team if it does not actually work as well as I would hope in hopes they can implement it for us. As for refreshment tables I am currently leveling a mage and warlock so I can test both more thoroughly. It does currently pick up health stones (verified) so it should pick up tables. I haven't been in a bg yet where I had a chance to test the mage table =(. As soon as my mage hit the appropriate level I will be able to test the theory.
New targeting system is in full dev. This will hopefully be available to everyone next week! Unfortunately dev time is limited 4 days a week, but it has been slow at work. So good news for everyone else! =)
Simple, harsh but truthful fact is that Bgbuddy should already do all of this and more. Since it doesn't and Phelon took the time to make this if people *want* to donate for SVN and UI access then more power to him. Pays for Gametime if nothing else Works well and is only getting better from what i can see. I wont be donating. Not because i think he is being unfair, quit the opposite i think he and anyone that shares does more than 99% of people on these boards, just i don't need SVN or UI access Everything that's coded as far as logic etc. goes will also come to non-donators if i read correctly. If you really want a UI just grab the public code he posts and make your own. And if you can't do that then *that* is what you donate for. The ability of someone else to do it. Unless of course your the type of person that thinks you should get everything for free just because you exist.
Is there something special I need to do to be able to access the settings for this plugin? I have went through HB multiple times and cant see the settings for this plug0in. I have it installed and I know its there.. When I click on it and try to hit settings the box is grey. Any ideas?
For the love of god, can we stop with the "donating" = "paying" crap? If you want the UI, you can show your appreciation for the plugin and donate to fund its testing/betterment, or you can make it yourself by tweaking a bit of the code. If you do not wish to do either of the two, you can kindly shut the fuck up also. All the UI does is add a graphic interface to what is ALREADY in the code. It allows you to change values without opening up an editor. That's it. Simple. Lord this is becoming tiresome. QQ somewhere else. mellome

The problem is its a bad precident. If singular and everyone started charging people "donations" to be able to change settings or easily update the cc's this forum would die. Its been said many times in many places here, if somone is trying to charge you for a profile or cc dont buy it. This plugin DOES NOT properly function out of the box. It goes total spazzoid in a bg and just constantly switches targets and doesn't actually kill anything. I had to comment out whole sections of the plugin to make it act semi human. So if you are unable to edit .cs files or have money to throw at some dude who cobbled together other peoples work this is not for you.
Donated for SVN Used 1.8 for a while, cant for my mind figure out how this can not be BGbuddy standard, its great!
He refunded my donation, so I guess it wasn't enough. So when he said "There is no "minimum" donation, this isn't a fee or an obligation.", he was just lying. He's charging for this plugin, it's as simple as that. Can't believe he's allowed to steal code and then charge people for it.
Yeah, I don't know what you "donated" to him, but he didn't refund my donation. It wasn't large by any means, but it was what I had to give. I got a PM back from him with my SVN login info and a thanks for the donation. Dunno why he would take several other people's donations and refund yours.
