my rogue kill mobs, loot, but no skin (simply go next mob).

Have you actually ticked the box in the bot settings to skin mobs ? I ask because your log says :

Yes, it's ticked.

 

Solved with fresh install.

 

Were you maybe using beta 9 which had a skinning problem (fixed in beta 10)?
