Loot only gold?

Is it possible to make this ONLY loot copper, silver and gold? Haven't seen anything on the forums about it so far so I decided to ask about it.

There are addons that filter out loot (like weeds and tangled line for fishing), not sure I've ever heard of one that only loots gold.

 

you can use an addon for filter all dropped item and set him for trash all quality item.

 

Alright thanks, I'll try to search for something out there. I didn't know if there was a plug-in or something for the bot ya'know? :] I didn't think about an addon.

You can go to www.curse.com and look for LootFilter. Then, to use it you just type /lootfilter ingame and choose what you want it to delete on pickup. Simple!

There is the link to the addon that doesn't exactly loot only the gold, but it loots everything, then deletes everything but the gold, as mentioned in the above post.

I'm not sure how often you use addons, or if you even need this but I might as well post this in case a few others might need it as well.

The addon i use for loot filtering is Karni's Crap Filter, it seems more up to date than the old Loot Filter.

right now i have it configured to loot everything, but if it loots a grey item worth less than 2g it automatically destroys it. you can set it to just destroy anything you loot if thats what you want.


the problem is, if you loot ONLY gold and leave items on corpses, Honor Buddy gets confused and goes back to loot again and again until the body disappears.

 

Yea hb will have problems leaving items on corpses, just loot all and destroy.

The whole idea behind it was that in low levels.. 1-30.. nothing is even worth looting but I didn't want it to seem bot-ish and have a lot of corpses laying around not being looted. Decided to go ahead and buy 4 Frostweave bags and say the hell with it and go ahead and loot everything. Seems my paladin doesn't go near as long as my shaman before having to sell and mail stuff off but still gets the job done.

I tried Lootfilter and another addon, both worked great.
