Complaint against a hacker/spammer/bot

Can't really find anywhere else to put this, so I'm just putting it in the most general HB Forum section I'm allowed to post in. There's someone named reidruston that's constantly posting spam messages on the visitor's messages section of several users. It's clogging up the "What's New" section, and I'm not getting all the newest information about things going on, being updated, etc. Can this person, or bot, be silenced or banned, or whatever will keep them from spamming? Now that forums have updated I can no longer go back over things I've missed -- that I can figure out how to do anyway -- and I'm missing updates.

I've never reported anything, so I'm not really sure how to do it, lol. But, it seems Relieved has posted the history of this person already. The way it affects me is that I'll get an entire page of those link posts, and anything else gets pushed off of my updates page, or rather, "What's New". Before the forums updated it had page numbers I could go back and look at, but now, since the update, the page numbers are gone and I only get something like 25-30 updates, and that's it. I've looked back through the options that I have access to and there's nothing I was able to find to allow me to have more than that many updates at a time.

This is the poster's history. It's just a bunch of visitor messages on various people's profiles. I checked to see if he had any actual posts or threads, but none exist.
