I'm not sure if anybody else had a problem similar to that or not but its sounds identical to how my character acted when I used the quest feature of HB2. Using a paladin it would run right past mobs without stopping, sometims it would run right up to a creature, wait 10-12 seconds before attacking/healing aswell. When I do the regular grinding the character acts 120% opposite as it pulls creatures from a distance with Hand of Reckoning and Exorcism, strange that it acts totally different in the questing portion of the bot.
