      he did not insinuate anything. he was using the future imperfect tense to question the outcome of a potential scenario.

      Naja das Problem wird sein das das max 2 tage gut gehen wird wenn bis dahin keinerlei updates oder Infos ausgegeben werden ausser "wir habens mal weitergegeben..." dann werden sich die leute nach und nach nach alternativen umsehen m?ssen und dort bleiben. Fuer Blizzard im bezug auf Bossland GMBH mission Accomplished.
      Ich hoffe eure anw?lte haben das gechecked.
      Laut der vereinbarung die dort steht darfst du den bot ja nicht verkaufen oder verbreiten. Die Frage die sich stellt ist ob du ihn auch nicht supporten darfst.

      They went to a local court and convinced the judge its an emergency. We are still waiting for paperwork on the nature of the "emergency."

      Seriously though, I still don't get it why would they shut down bot company instead of just massive banwave to increase gold value and their income in process. All they care is money so I don't see the point of it. Maybe they just want to make an example of DB, but why DB when 60-70% of botters are using HB cuz it's free.
      Ehh.

      Oh yea, revelation. They don't like when someone is making serious money by their games. I think HB will get automatically sued when transfering to pay2use.
      Still, bots are their income so WTF?!

      hahaha --- exactly what kick said -- I'm new here but I have been researching the situation and the company history for the past day or so and see NO reason to worry -- in fact -- even IF they were shut down and disappeared - I would never ask for my refund for my lifetime 3 session key -- I was looking at buying another before it was disabled. You want to get around playing like a normal person --- you have to be willing to take risks - my full support to the Buddy team and this awesome community I am now a part of!! Keep my freaking money!!!
      P.S. -- If i can make a request -- will one of you take 1 dollar from my purchase and as you walk past the blizzard lawyer slide it in his belt??? pics pls! gluck!!!

      LG Hamburg is known for it's extreme copyright friendliness. Even the German "GEMA" achieved an spectacular win there vs YouTube. In my opinion Blizzard got very good chances that DB will never recover.
      Had to say that tho i feel sorry for Bossland :/.
