      After purchasing a 24 hour key I copied and pasted it into the log in box but it just comes up "logging in.....authentication failed!"

      HELP

      set an exception on your firewall about Hb

      ok i did that. now when I click log in, it comes up with an error box saying "honorbuddy has encountered a problem". It won't let me send an error report so it just closes istelf. :S

      Are you on Windows 7 by any chance?

      If so Right Click HonorBuddy and click Run as Administrator, see if that works

      I followed the HBguide and ran as admin. Still doesnt work

      right click on "Computer" and then Properties

      No, always says that authentication failed.Again and again.
      Also on buddyauth my key is in the section Unused/Inactive
