Hi there, im useing the bot for about 3 weeks and I need to say I'm very pleased. BUT I still search for a Gold Guide....Well I saw A LOT of Ore Shuffle and DE,but the Hypnotic Dust are <1G each! And I also farmed a bit but the prices for herbs and ores aren't good as well.. So I want to know if you have any GOOD tips or information to share with me. ore shuffle is the best / hands down get cheap ores in ah or farm em yourself prospect all the ores send all carnelians to a master transmute make rings out of all the crap gems you get from prospecting send all rings to ench and de em make gems from all inferno ruby's profit so with your profs, you can do the above without the master transmute
There is no such thing as a gold making guide for bots. You just need to use your knowledge about what works best in your server. Ores don't see well these days, this is true. But jewels do. Instead of PROSPECT + DE, you can PROSPECT + TRANSMUTE. (At this point, you can transmute greens to SHADOWSPIRIT diamonds, or transmute greens + herbs to BLUES). While ores don't sell well, herbs still do. (I think it is because their spawn time is longer). Twilight Jasmine and Hearthbloossom sell for 100g per stack in my server. (I have a private buyer for them. I send him 108 stacks per day plus 4 volatile life stacks, which I gather alongside the herbs). I sell volatile life stack at 800g each. So, I make 14K per day just with that. Another under-exploited market are glyphs, at least in my server. I spent 30 or 40k buying all the books. So, i have every possible glyph in the game. So, basically, what i do, is to craft 2 of each and put them in AH. Some of them are selling for 400g, and some of them for 20g. I always put them at the lowest price, and have the bot undercutting the competition all day. These are just basic tips, perhaps none of this works in your server. You just need to find what works best and use to bot to give the mats you need.
As I just said the ore shuffle is not worth it! Under 1G for one Hypnotic dust? All guides that are posted used to get 2g+ for each Hypnotic Dust... And I can tell you herbs are selled for ~35g per stack Overall I see I need an Achemist...
dude, you need to learn a lot. dont ask for advise if you dont like whats being told, look @ gold made in my signature. hypnotic dust is your trash from ore shuffle, either stick it in enchants, and try to sell those, or trash it. wheni buy ores , with a max price og 40 g a stack, prices are high on my server. and i spend like 40-50 k, i turn it into 140 k at least. So thats around 100 k for 2 days work. if you farm all yourself, you make 200 k a weekend. Farm during week, shuffle in weekend. ofcourse you will have lesser days, and it takes ah watching for undercuts, but theres a ah bot aswell.
You got your answer thats the best way imo, and judgin on the automated people i see transmuting / prospecting / deing on the 2 servers i play on... next to maibox / log / new char, next to mailox, etc etc.... it is still worth it, might it be a lil less profitable then it used to be. if you don want the risk of being banned, buy ores at low prices, if you dont care, farm away and get ur own.
Hey, you're making more gold that I do!!! LOL! In a good week, I Make 100K, farming every day, selling everything. What do you do with enchanting materials? Basically, for what I've read above you're selling: 1) Inferno Rubies (raw or crafted) 2) Enchants Is that it? Or i'm missing anything? Also, are you selling everything in AH or do you have a private buyer?
im buying all out of the ah, or from private sellers, but those are rare atm. lets say i buy 1500-2000 stacks of ores over the week. you know ore shuffle, so i sell : 1. gems, crafted from inferno rubies. 3 different ones, agi / str and int. 2. enchanting mats, i found out enchants sell rarely. not even the biggest ones. 3. selling all leftover stacks from prospecting, the stuff you cant make rings from and usually use to make low lvl gems. im lucky im at a high priced server still, the server im lvling some on now, is 1/3 rd of what the price on my main server is.
Well, it depends on the server... My server is pretty much dead, since we're at the end of the expansion. Few people buy gems at this point (I'm always talking about my server). I know a guy that was doing the same thing, the only difference was that he used to craft gems for all existing colors, not just red. And now he quit, in fact, he bought HB and he's just selling raw matsat this moment. I do well because I'm selling raw herbs, but the economy changes depending on what server you're in. In my server, herbs sell well because they are used to make flasks. At the end of the expansion, many players are trying to finish the content before pandaria, so, there are many raiders that will buy flasks and potions. That's why I told the OP, he needs to find out what is selling good is his server, and do that. I think there's no "fail-proof" formula.
So you sell all other rare gems in AH raw? Don't craft anyone? No resale, nothing more? Just Shuffle?
I feel it is different for every server but generally the best thing to do is to craft every gem you can into miscellanious jewelery besides inferno rubies which you will cut and sell for roughly 170g a cut. Take the gems you can craft anything to and either sell them or vendor them. DE jewelry and sell mats

Very powerful tool to use if you are at work or on the toilet to help figure out how you can make money with the Shuffle, or what professions you can train to dominate the economy. Hell you could even configure the AH bot based on these values.
I just farm herb and mining or do dailies. Your not going to find the most profitable way asking people because those who make a business out of selling gold have their own methods.
as WebH. says.. buy cheap ores, and prospect them.. make rings out of the crap gems, and sell the inferno's (or make gems out of em) heck, even buying cheap red epic gems, making brilliant or 50str/agi gems pays off about 50-100g pr. gem aint that bad when u think about it.. 1-2 hours work, 10-20k pr. hour - uhh, almost forgot! pets!, my main seller fireflies earns me about 7-9k ea. i ussualy get 1-3 over night.. whelplings.. oozelings.. and parrot cage (epic ladadada!)
Ore shuffle is profitable. I use my dusts in enchant scrolls, or making embersilk bags. But I will tell you, embersilk bags will still be popular in mists. The new bags will not get any bigger than what are currently available. THe price on dusts will go up. So stockpile your dusts if you can and they aren't selling well right now.

Bad advice there. Instead of trashing your Hypnotic Dust, save it and turn it into Embersilk Bags (on my server, these go for 250g each).
