Ama, the CC works great. Actually, maybe too great. I co-healed Fall of Deathwing this weekend, and went OOM on the second platform. (That's not even half-way ). I noticed my toon healing all the time, overhealing in millions of hp. (Due to mass AoE healing ofcourse). I have to manually tone it down a bit in the settings when I go LFR. Also, although I'm full ilvl 380 I'm not gemmed/enchanted enough to last longer I think, so the CC is not really to blame. On the other hand, in LFG 5-man HC, I got the comment that I was healing too much. Even when all the members are (almost) full health, the HOT's keep ticking like mad. The tank actually complained that he had to compensate all the healing aggro I had. Lastly; The CC is very fast. When combat starts, it IMMEDIATELY starts to heal, HOT and what not. Getting aggro, but also almost unnaturally So, in essence not a complaint, the CC is basically TOO good
Yeah, might need to tone the settings down a little. I don't have experience with druids, so I just came up with those numbers based off what the spell sounded like to me. For madness, my geared priest and geared paladin are both pros. On my lesser geared paladin, I turned my Holy Light spell down and let the other healer do more of the topping off. If your guy isn't decked out with gear on that fight, you have to hold back a bit for when the elementium bolt blows up towards the end. It might help to turn your nourish down for that fight. It will still use it to refresh lifebloom.
@ama simplest way to prevent overhealing and / or aggroing is: - Give the peoples a default Setting "Ignore Targets above HP%" - start healing if someone drops below this Maybe u'll be losing some hots (they will fade off), but if everyone is @100% it wouldn't start to early with healing and it should fix aggroing and overhealing Or hardcode the value (95-98% is a good point to start with healing)
I will try that, thanks for thinking with me! I will turn Nourish down for all fights then. Only thing is that I have to watch the toon carefully that is does have a target selected, either mob or group member. As long as there is no target, it won't do anything. Is it true that healing a group member can be prioritized by choosing that member, or do they need to be your focus target for that to happen?
On certain fights i dont use regrowth unless im in tree form, and drop down rejuve a little lower than the default and i don't go oom. I aren't sure if you have implemented the Tree logic yet, but a good tactic i find is bloom a few targets and when the clear cast procs are up use those with regrowth. In my guild run i did more healing than the other fully heroic geared druid with my gear being worse. I really do think this CC is fantastic and i love how you can focus target your blooms too
I toned it down a bit (about 5-10% down from the default settings) and now I last a LOT longer. HPS is lower as well, but that's logical. Now it works just fine for me! Thanks!
Best healing cc i've used so far. I noticed this isnt' using Remove Curse. Can you impliment this asap. Thank you.
I was about to add the multi-lifeblooming last night, but my friend told me it isn't worth it. So that means I gotta do some runs to test it out.
So Ama, what's the status of the updates on this CC? I just switched my druid back to healing from dps after being embarrassed by only doing 5k dps in heroics with every kitty CC I could find. Yes, even CLU and JungleBook. So, that said, I'm now back to tanking and healing on my druid. I'd like to use this since I use your priest healing CC and it's awesome.
Im going offtopic here. Game mechanics wise, you'll get initial aggro by casting. But you'll only gain threath from effective healing.
Yeah, that makes sense. Overhealing does not increase threat. Was a single incident though; most people prefer to be healed too much than too less...
hi will you be updating this for mop because I thaught this was the best druid healing cc,s I have used
