This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy. im guessing it happened because of all of the auctions that i posted? like i honestly havent even made 5000g on this account yet. this is my first time botting too. isnt this type of ban supposed to be easy to appeal? if so any help would be appreciated
Yes you can appeal this, reason you probably got caught on this is because as you stated new account haven't made 5000g but you have 150+ auctions up which their system probably finds unordinary. Appeal it and say I have never bought anything or sold anything or ever used any hacks etc, it'll revert to 72 hr ban tops
are you ever able to post w/e you want in the auction house? i post thousand of glyphs everyday on my main account and ive never been banned. is it just an auto-flag type thing for trade materials? maybe ill just farm until mop comes out then sell stuff, northrend and outland mats arent going for much anymore :/
they want me to scan my drivers license to recover the account. im retarded and never mentioned that it was a sor account. should i email them my id or not? my battle.net account probably(lol) doesnt have the same name as the account that i bought edit: nvm just found a thread with this post ;
That is the generic email sent when you post too many auctions a day and are a new account. Tons of gold sellers abuse the economy and don't even bot, so they try to ban hammer them as much as possible. You can easily appeal this one since you actually didn't do what they said you did.
That's just plain wrong. It's standard email for botting (even though it says it is something else, in reality it's not like that), nothing to do with AH. I've had accounts banned with 0 auctions - same email - abuse of economy. I know accounts who post 1000+ auctions per day no problem. Legit players do so also!
