I didn't have whispers on. I don't use hacks, and was banned while playing regularly, with no GM communication, just an hour or so after stopping using SGI.

 

Then chances are you were reported or something! This With SGI wont get you Banned for anything more than spamming if you enable whispers.. Ive been running it for over a month now and its all good

 

Correct. The whispers can get you a 3-day ban for spamming, but a ban for using cheat programs is because you were botting stupidly. It has nothing to do with the addon or the plugin.

 

Is it normal that i get a 3 hour ban the first day i use it?

 

If you left the whispers enabled and people reported you for spamming then yes, it's normal. You'll probably want to turn off the whispers if you want to avoid this.

...and so on, while i level up herbalism. I just wonder if this is correct, all those red messages @_@

No, it's supposed to start the scan when it says that, then begin inviting. Are you using the modified version from the first post?

Yo, you got the exact same problem as i do.
I even made a fresh wow install and fresh bot install. Did not work.

I am using a logitech G110 maybe thats causing the problem?
Anyhow what ever it is, its not compatible with all hardware!

 

I just received same error, can't figure out what's causing it. Followed directions exactly.

 

If anyone knows another way to send keystrokes other than the following then let me know and I'll switch it up in the profile. It has to be a physical keystroke virtualization.

It might solve some people's issues.

 

I don't think it's a problem with the keystroke virtualization. Pressing the right keys in WoW doesn't work either so it seems to be a problem with assigning the keybindings (as was reported earlier with the WoW LUA errors those bindings generate).
It could be something to do with toon-specific key bindings? Dunno really....

 

Well different people are having different isssues. Some don't get the key bound at all and others get the keys bound but keystrokes are never sent. For anyone who gets the keystrokes working but not the keybinds (you see your bags opening and closing for example) you could try creating macros in-game and binding them.

I can't check at the moment because I'm at work, but you'd have to create /click macros I think, and bind the following buttons:

F9 - SGI_SUPERSCAN
F11 - SGI_InviteButton

You would also have to open the addon manually and let the plugin take it from there. If anyone has a solution to either the key virtualization or the in-game bindings not working for some people, please post them.

 

I did some rewriting on this plugin and made it work with the regular unmodified version of SuperGuildInvite 5.5 and removed the key bindings all together. I don't know if it will work with any other versions of SuperGuildInvite but it seems to work fine with version 5.5.

I did notice the issue with the /who windows opening when the WIM addon is installed and enabled, but this has nothing to do with the pimpmyguild plugin. The who window also opens when you don't use the pimpmyguild plugin and only use use WIM and SuperGuildInvite together.

I also noticed the blacklist in superguildinvite does not get saved between sessions, if you exit the game and then log back in you will lose the blacklist and possibly invite the same people all over again, which could make some people angry and possibly get you reported. This is a superguildinvite problem and not anything to do with the pimpmyguild plugin.

 

Great! I've updated the original post, I'll +rep after I test it ^^ This should fix most of the issues with the binds removed.
Also the blacklist works the same way as other addons. If you just quit wow with a relogger or something, addon variables don't get saved.

 

I have the fucking problem, that NOBODY accept my invite im after 2 days a Guild with 3 members lols.... and two of them are my toons .. I'm on the best pop. Server in EU

 

If it's a level 1 guild and you're not using whispers then it's going to be really hard to get people. You need to use GMOTD very wisely to keep people there once they join.

 

Yes, i used whispers and gmotd and over THOUSAND invites nobody accepted

 

Very cool what you have done This plugin broke again today I suspect caused by my relogger while i was out for the day :/ But you have just made something Awesome even better

Oh and sha please fix your Sig its fucking annoying to say the least!

 

Unfortunately it doesn't actually invite. The guild invite function is locked to physical keypresses only.
