14k / h at level 40 Mage

Hey guys, iv leveled all classes accept Mage and iv never had this low XP/h.

14k/h at level 40 as frost mage is this low ?
Does anyone have something I can compare to?

What version of HB are you using, what profile, and what CC?

 

25k/h at 31 on a priest... something is wrong

 

Hmm 14k/h is really low. My Pala level 41 does 24k/h ...

 

my lvl 22 warri does 37k/h with 8 heirlooms and other blues (Heirlooms: 2x 1h Wep/Shoulders/Chest/Bow/2xtrinket/1x fishing ring)(Fury spec)

 

43 warrior *arms* does maybe 43k/h I know, fuinny numbers right. Presume it would be highger without mining and skinning on butttt, ah well xD.

My nage did slow whilst botting tbh, it doesn't speed up until after 60.

I have also an Mage, till lvl50 the exp/h is very low.
With lvl 50 buy the glyphe for the persistant waterelemental and till you reach lvl 60 your
exp is getting higher and higher.

Mage has to be worst class to bot period. No survivability, lots of downtime. Warlock is much more fun to me at least .

 

Warlock was amazing to bot tbh, and so fun endgame, I plan to bot one straight after my warrior xD.

 

ye im botting now 2 warlocks with recruit a friend and it goes awsome

 

well, in my experience, yea, they are a little slow, but hes almost at that point where he can start doing battlegrounds, and doing AV, and that will pick things up. and the endgame is really fun, so if your only botting your mage to use it later, you'll get a lot of use out of it. even if it is slow going right now.

 

then it will slow down soon as u get to the mobs who are immune to frost at like 76 or something like that it might be lower

What build are you using. I leveled mine frost, had little downtime and had a blast. AOE grinding ) although I did that by hand.... yeah I like the punishment...

 

No it's preists too. Mine is 36 and making like 14k/hr.

 

I think rogue are by far.

 

Mages are slow leveled one to 80 with the bot, Priests are too, haven't even attempted a rogue yet. Mages & Priests both pick up @ 60 though. Don't goto storm peaks to finish off your leveling if you're frost spec'd (which I hope you are!), as you'll die so many times because of frost resistance. Swap to arcane or level somewhere else.

 

Mage after 70 = arcane for no drinking.

Rogues are offensively bad to level. Even with heirlooms they died more than mages, which is good, since, rogues are an awful class.

 

I guess this has to do with lack of really good custom cc for rogues.

 

Mages are difficult to bot w/o a GREAT CC. They usually have quite alot of downtime. but a good thing about them is if you just plan to level, the conjure water spell is awesome to keep from having to buy water. = Less running to town for vendor. and they can bot fairly well broken.

Yea, Rogues by themselves are bad. But with a Priest running in party with them... It rocks face.

Also, I have had alot of Fun botting Druids up. Never with HB, so I'm not sure how great these CCs are here, but with another Bot and My CC. My Druids had NO downtime and after 40 even in crap gear. there were rarely any deaths. Plus you get a free flyer for farming. and really don't even need a ground mount.
