Same problem. Stopping inside Seradane and world tree in Duskwood. I stopped my bot, when it stuck in a tree.This problem began since 2 or more previous version. Another problem i saw, stopping in a combat, when bot couldn't kill enemy. Some classes and night elfes have abilities to avoid combat, please include this opportunity to programm. had this same issue, so what i did was turned off several archaeology dig sites that run across these areas, to avoid the hitting of trees, just disable the dig sites/black list them, easiest way to avoid it till its fixed.
here's the log.. at the time im writing you this the bot has been standing in a dig site for ages..i had to press survey manually while bot is on.. then it will fly somewhere till i press survey again..

Yeah that tree is a major problem for alliance, Like others have said just blacklist the digsites around that area and it should help to stop it happening as often, The only way to totally fix it is to join the horde
figuring how to blacklist sites..will get there soon.. but one more question..how do i put the plugin into the bot?..just paste it in the plugin folder?
use heathomatic plugin and archeo stuck helper, = never had stuck problem with trees after those. archeo stuck helper really helps with trees.Now i can say its almost fully afkable for me
