Hello everyone, Ive been using HB for awhile now but mainly for BG botting and leveling my chars, Ive used Gatherbuddy a bit when Elementium Ore was popular and you could get like 8-10k a night from mining it then prospecting it, but that has gone out the window. I need some way of making decent money, I dont need to be filthy rich, but the more money the better. If anyone could lead me to a guide that will help me, or PM me with a guide or a link to one, or a profile that I can use, I just need something but Im still a noob, so I need it to be noob friendly I dont really understand what "milling ore" or w/e its called and I dont know how to "play the AH" (Ive been using AHBuddy on my DK and all its done is use up all my gold and I have a ton of stuff, yes I know when I sell it back Ill get a little profit but he doesnt seem to do it so I have to do it manually). I have 525 Minin/Herb/Enchanting/JC (My enchanting and JC dont really have any of the newest top recipes/designs though. So if anyone can just explain to me noob friendly an easy way to make decent gold here or in a PM, and lead me towards a guide or something, Id greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I have searched quite a bit before making this topic. Due to me not having all the proff's and not having multiple accounts, most of these ideas dont work for me. Not only that but Im a noob so I dont understand all the terms they mean as I mentioned above. All I need is one or two nice people that can give me a suggestion of what I can do in my situation to make gold. So if you could keep the sarcastic comments to a minimum, that would be great.
Don't pay attention to the asshats who come in and just waste everyone's time by saying "use the search button", there are actually quite a few helpful members here. I don't have any links to a specific post but yes, this has probably been covered somewhere already. In any event, typically you would do something like this with your setup; Mine ore JC prospects the ore into gems JC creates rings from the prospected gems Enchanter disenchants the rings into dust Post dust on AH ... Profit? Here is a link with a better explanation for you; Vile's Golden Auctions: The Ore Shuffle The problem right now is that it's very late in the expansion and a lot of people are not buying dust or materials. Depending on the economy for your server, you could do the above or try and just sell raw materials (herbs and ore) on the AH and make a little money that way. Or, stockpile raw materials for when MoP launches because there will likely be a higher demand.
wow, nice answer for someone who wants help. I don't hink you really used the search function or looked through the threads by hand. your question was here plenty of times, but probably you are just to lazy and want someone to be your babysitter, to make gold without having to do something for it.

Honestly as Joker stated, It is just that time of the expansion where current crafting mats have crashed. Stacks of ore are below 10g on my server and I can barely even sell raw herbs even if prices have remained relatively constant on those. My big sales nights seem to be Tuesday when content resets. I think I made around 20k last night. However I dabble in every profession making the consumables from buckles, enchants, gems, glyphs, flasks and armors. If you dont have your professions setup and your sever economy sucks, this would be a good time to get your bot team ready for Panda. Use the botted mats to level up each profession. Also if your not fully geared get some BGs in for the free pvp epics. This will give you ok gear to start in Panda which will probably be replaced by OP greens. Another hint is to look at profession bottlenecks and run profiles for leveling mats. With all the monk rerolls and people leveling profs in preparation for Panda there could be some great niche markets. Just be wary of overposting and crashing those markets as they tend to not move as quickly. Most of the legit goldmakers are taking this opportunity to stockpile the cheap mats to flip later when the market glut is resolved. I however never buy out cheap mats cause botters can farm anything for free. If you have the foresight you could stockpile stuff in a guildbank for 6 months and probably have a nice profit. GL
First of all, I just finished saying I already have searched. And yeah maybe I havent spent hours searching but I have okay? Im trying to figure out and see if someone can give me suggestions for MY PERSONAL use considering my circumstances. Telling me to use the search isnt anyone that wants to help whatsoever its someone being sarcastic. I started this thread being nice but like on any forum, there are idiots. Good way for gold is farm pets, Use the Azure Whelpling, Crimson and Dark Whelpling profiles for easy gold, Made 23k in 6 hours. Farming 2 Darks, A crimson and a Azure Hope this Helps Hapie
Pets, but you have to work sometimes to sell them. Check your server's AH and see which are selling the best. Whelps are dirt cheap on my server (darks go 1-2k), but the parrot cage and captured firefly usually sell pretty well. Remember MoP has this new battle system for pets so they should continue selling even into the expansion (if not go up in price). Also when you do get a nice bit of gold try your hand in buying and reselling guilds. Buy low sell high. Same concept as AH. Use the pimpmyguild plugin if you want to bring in some members before you flip it.
