      My auth key has been stolen and someone is using one of my 3 licenses!!, how can I change the key, I can shut down their bot via buddyauth, but do you know how annoying it is doing that like 13 times a day!

      I paid 60 euros for this, need staff help

      sure that it is stolen? if i would know your auth-id, i wouldn't only use 1 of 3 sessions. i would use them all.
      sometimes, if HB isn't shut down correct, it isn't logging out in buddyauth. takes some minutes, sometimes more minutes ;) untill buddyauth realizes, that a session is free again.

      Im 100% sure its stolen, i know the guy who stole it cos i screen shared with him and he took the auth from my notepad file!.

      The best recourse you have is to contact support@thebuddyforum.com and ask them how best to handle this. I believe the likely solution is for the key to be changed and make absolute certain you don't expose it again.
