[SWOL] Act I - The Fallen Star - Wretched Queen Farming

I started this thread because I had not been keeping the other one up to date (as it wasn't my thread to begin with.) This is the current version I use for queen farming. I have "fixed" the infamous gate stuck. By fixed of course i mean tweaked pathing a bit so that it doesn't run into the problem anymore. The core underlying problem is still there in DB, as are all of the numerous reported stuck areas in the queen map. I loaded up Kick's queen farm just for kicks and noticed right off the bat that the stuck past the bridge thats been there since like day one of DB is STILL there... so uhm.. yeah. pretty disheartening. Oh well we just have to keep working with what we are given. Well. this one has been running quite well for many hours today on wizard, monk and demon hunter. I won't say that it's truly fixed because there could be some rare set of circumstances that cause it to hang up again from time to time. But it is a lot lot less that's for sure. I was getting a stuck at the gate almost every other run on my wizard, after the tweak, haven't seen one since.

There isn't a whole lot of setup. I vary my kill radius between 30-70 depending on the class and how geared they are. If they can tear through shit like my monk i put the radius at 70.

A quick overview of some of the features of this profile over the various other queen profiles out there.

• Tweaked pathing to avoid gate stuck area
• Tweaked pathing to avoid stuck point right after bridge
• Bot no longer runs retardedly at the gate waiting for it to break
• Made the Queen killing step more reliable, it will run a loop of waypoints around queen area 3 times to give it more chances to find and kill the queen.
• Numerous other waypoint tweaks, the whole path was laid by hand to look as much like a person as possible.
• Switched to mostly pathPrecision 15 so it's not so rigid and looks a bit more random in it's pathing

Already getting 6k+ XP on Normal over the older, sticking profile. You've done well. I'll be using this from now on.

Thanks for the profile! Im running @ 1.6 - 1.8MIL exp/h on hell difficulty (With loot on, level 54 monk, belphagor routine)

Only strange thing is... it casts Seven Sided Strikes in thin air for some reason..

You've got a plugin or CC thats causing that. i don't use any powers in my profiles

A small problem with the profile - "[SWOL] Sarkoth - Inferno.xml". I can not understand why this happens:
I choose the level of "The Legacy of Cain" and appear in the Cathedral: 1lvl.
What am I doing wrong? Help please.​

 

You have to choose the quest step "Explore the cellar"

I tested it today, and its very impressive.
Can you add Captain quest after that too ? (adria's hut)

I made a improvise by adding a 10sec wait on game load, and using autoit to invite friends that were on away status so they could also leech some quest/gold

 

You mean like go to the hut, climb down ladder, kill named then restart?

Hmm... i might actually add this to my queen + sarkoth profile. have you tried that one yet? you can get that on my profile pack page

 

Yup im using that now, but i want to lengthen the game more to around 4mins to skip any possible input limit.
Besides, the distance is pretty short and theres quest gold too!

 

mate that elite monsters in some cellars are killing me can u make only sarkoth and queen profile eventually add this wells where some gold is?

So you want just queen + sarkoth + well? .. to remove the damp cellar?

are you doing it on inferno? because i've been doing it on hell and haven't had any issues with elites killing me..... if so. i could remove the cellar from inferno mode version. ( i want to keep it in the lower ones)
