Why do you bot?

I have no clue why I bot lol I do it because Im bored and want to achieve something like 200k gold while I work haha that way I know I am doing something else while working

 

1. Bored with WoW.
2. Waiting for a ban so i can stop playing.
3. Reach 500k gold. (Strange reason, but ima give them away when i reach 500k.)
4. Level new characters.

 

1. Bored with WoW.
2. Make my main imba with expensive stuff, to show of...
3. Level alts to 85 on 3 accounts
4. Once MoP Starts, i'll try = boring , give accounts to friends

 

im botting to achiv 1million gold. I bot aswel to give gold to my friends who are not that good in wow

I bot to make in game gold, and do other things I otherwise would rather not do.

Dailies, boring
Arch, Just will not do it. Worst profession ever.
Camping rares. Almost as bad as arch.

 

I bot for 2 reasons.

1. To make gold and do something with it
2. Just to have fun with my characters and play PvP/Raid with nice gear.

 

I bot because I want good PvP gear so when I do play, I do better

I also like vanity items that cost a lot, or take a long time to grind.. Vial of sands, netherwing etc..

 

To level chars because it's so boring. i've had one level 85 for a couple of years and tried to level others but it bores me to death. i enjoy the end game content but getting there is a chore.

 

i bot to get gold to buy gametime so i can bot some more... lovely circle

 

True that!!! The profit to buy honorbuddy makes up for it in the long run if you don't get caught

 

I bot becuse 1. dont want to be poor.. 2. to lazy to level up my own 85s xd got 4 leveled 1 by hand only downside is when your 85 you almost dont now a shit about your class and end up playing your main anyways ..

 

I like botting becouse the bot does everything --> Goooldz

 

Only just started running this bot, I think i'll refrain from leaving the bot running over night - because I couldn't sleep, in anticipation of phat loot..

Botting helps free up my time to do other things, like spend time with the fiancee or watch a movie. It helps control my need to be gaming

 

It's an addiction.

 

I used to bot to level alts and gear them, back when I enjoyed playing the game at wotlk and start of cata, then selling the account and repeating, now I just bot to make gold and sell that gold to make money to buy other video games :x and gametime ofc.

I can't play wow without botting, I find botting the game is more fun than playing it, atleast most part of the game (still enjoy some arena).

 

I decided to start botting when I went into a battleground and 13 of the 15 people on my team were bots. That, combined with blizzard pushing out another expansion that I couldn't give two shits about caused me to start botting. I love playing arena, but didn't feel like investing the time to level up, and gear up, when the whole structure is designed with some convoluted idea that making it take longer will keep me subbed longer. So I came to the conclusion that I would bot to 90 and honor gear, or quit playing all together. So far it's pretty cool, because it's allowing me to do the things I enjoy in the game without having to waste hours on the stuff I loath.

 

I like to bot so i can grind honor, gold and level. I pvp/raid with friends when I can, i just enjoy botting. I also really enjoy developing. When i get some down time i will start creating CCs and profiles which i will release on the forum, but right now im running two sites, college classes and work :/

 

Yeah, hacks are fun. Working as a white hat hacker myself, currently studying to get a Ph.D in Computer Science.

think its just a girl thing, have to nag nag nag all day no matter what you do, probably if you take up knitting and watching soap operas and shopping they still would ;-)
