Used kicks questing profiles for my mage and i noticed that it doesnt know where the entrance for buildings are.It'll try to run into the building from the wall or such and if i move it in builidings, depending on the type of building it'll find its way out but it couldnt for the northshire abbey castle where some class trainers are.
