Appeal ? If your ban is "Abuse of Economy" and it is your first ban/warning then you can send ticket with some "i think i got hacked" story and there is 90% chance that your ban will be changed on 72hour ban "use of 3rd party program"
Man If its your first ban You can appeal it to 72hours if ur guilty and if ur not and they find u not it will be reverted to nothing trust me its 100% sure
I had this doubt for a while now, you kind of comfirmed it now. One of the botters on Kazzak keeps reporting other botters. I even tried to test it, on a different PC, with a separate new account farming. While all other accounts on my other PC survived while farming on different servers, Kazzak ended up being banned. I believe that there is a botter on Kazzak that is doing his best to cut the competition off. Sad but true.
Mate, Kazzak is the most populated EU server out there, with more than 50k level 85 characters and probably popping to over 5-6k people online in the peak hours. Do you believe, that only 1 reporter, botter or not, would make the difference? Its just overcrowded in most zones, even in the leveling ones, Outland and Northrend too. If you have noticed, in Dalaran there is more people online, than in Org/SW on majority of the servers. For example; I tried to farm some rugged leather in Blasted Lands yesterday, but there is passing players every few seconds, even there ... The other side of the coin: The full server bring better economy, and better gold demands.
I got banned a while ago also but i wasn't using HB, I got the exact same e-mail as you. Unfortunately they didn't believe my hacked story because i had a damn authenticator lol
