Hawkers Paladin CC 2.1 Problem

I'm having this problem with the Original CC, Hawker's Paladin 2.1. Everytime it tries to rest it just stands there and not doing anything. I have the food and the drink set but it doesn't want to touch it.

I don't feel the need of attaching a log because all it says: Activity:Resting, for a while and then it starts moving when he realizes that he doesn't get any hp or mana.

Does someone else have this issue? I'm not a fan of Mordd's CC because it "thinks" so slowly and react pretty stupid sometimes compared to Hawkers.

Are you using the new release? 1.924.
