Unfortunately, the forums are controlled by a select few. I don't know how often they police each thread, so I don't know exactly how much they see that goes on. Most of these posts go on ignored because it's the same exact post using different words, and that post is basically, "*whine* HB needs to hurry up and be given to us because the developers posted a date, which in our minds is a life or death promise, so if they don't follow that deadline, and give us the bot on that deadline, we're going to piss and moan and cry about it because we've been lied to, mistreated, and have been forced to miss out on cheating on a video game! It's not fair that we should have to wait for a bot that is statistically less detectable than any other bot on the market, and does more than any other bot on the market, because all those other bots were up within a minimum of one day, and a maximum of three days, so why can't HB do that? It's just not fair! *whine*" And, until the developers decide that they should post a sticky regarding any updates that is locked to the immature rabble that apparently have no patience, nor understand English well enough to know what the words "HonorBuddy will be back up when the developers finish working on it, and not a minute sooner!" mean, then this whole fiasco is going to continue. You will never stop these people from making new threads about it, unless the forums are locked down completely, if that's even possible. So, sadly, we're all going to have to put up with the infantile raging about a piece of software designed to cheat on a video game, and also have to listen to the excuses that are supposed to make all this B.S. acceptable. Don't forget the theorcrafters that want to throw in their opinions on marketing, engineering, coding, software writing, and God only knows what else I've seen listed over the past week, because these people want their recognition also. The fact of the matter still remains that this post will be ignored and be buried along with all the other sensible posts, and will have at least one person that will feel the need to flame or make some sort of mocking joke, which in all reality makes them look like a spastic retard on a caffeine high. You all must accept the fact that A) Yes, you paid for a product that stated it would need to be updated from time to time, and you accepted that clause by purchasing it, B) No, the developers are not going to "hurry up" and put out a bot just because you nag, whine, cry, rage, flame, freak out, or anything else, C) Yes, you are going to have to wait for it to come out, and even when it does come out, it's not going to be 100% functional, as they stated it would be released in various stages throughout the time to come between now and the final release. These are the cold, hard facts. Protest all you like, but until you control your own company and workforce held therein, nothing will change or bend to meet your own selfish desires. Apoc, Hawker, Nesox, and everyone else that works on this program will get things done in their own sweet precious time. The only thing that can be done is to sit back, hit F5 until the ink rubs off the keyboard and there's a gaping, smoking hole left, and you finally see the release of the bot. Im using the dev version they released yesterday, and its working for my use. So they did release a working HB by 7/9. It's buggy though, but what to expect from a dev release? ) OT: Nice video.
Hell we got another 10 hours or so , lol. In some parts of the world it's barely past noon. Been having fun playing my ps3 this week, so it's all good. that thing really got neglected before the patch, LOL.
Anyone who bitches about a deadline for a program who's sole purpose is to circumvent the security of another program and then perform actions within that other program is a moron. I know absolutely zip about coding, but I do know that its not a clear cut science and can take some time to perfect. Give it a rest kiddies, calm down with the nerd rage. The guy sitting next to you will appreciate it.
I still feel like the devs could tell us what's the hold up. I'm sure there are a lot of very talented engineers who would be more than willing to hack out a couple bug fixes.
I am surprised some people even know how to use the bot, if they have no utter commonsense and ROFL @ the video nice work
I will surely wait another week for a polished version of honorbuddy running smooth and enhanced, than a instant release full of bugs. Please dont listen to the people that complain so much.
TBH i don't think it's the kids that are the worst kind. It's the ones that can't find a job and only rely on selling wow-gold for real money to earn a living.
Frankly, whiners complaining about whiners; complaining about the bot isn't released, is getting annoying. I have seen plentiful of 'lick a dev's ass' threads and they're just as annoying as the posts who complains about the bot release, it makes me want to excrete my entrails through my mouth while facepalming and t-bagging my own intestines. You're all whining.
Thats right. But I say its more the BG guys who are crying the most....I haven't seen a bg with a bot in it yet. So its the kids crying the most
Megs ive interacted with you very little a long time ago and i never had any problems with you, i dont know if your comment is aimed at me but this was just a video expressing how I see the forums. Not complaining against anyone. Really just a video of my POV. And I dont see the LICKING the devs ass point, I see it as being LOYAL to the developers who have delivered a quality product every single time... And protecting the devs against the impatient people who will bash them. You've worked on some Honorbuddy stuff yourself, would you feel inspired if all you got was bashing the whole time? Wouldn't you just want to tell us all to fuck off?
