This is my first time botting during an xpac release or seriously game changing patch, I'm just wondering if people always bitch this much? People were crying HB was down, bitching about the HB team not keeping to the estimated time frame for the new release, asking why a stupid obviously against the rules post was removed, QQ because the forums are slow, and ive read many other tear filled threads. I understand that we are the customers but a lot of people are really unreasonable...and yes...i just made an unproductive post, bitching about you bitching.

lol and now the current release says "TEST release" and still they bitch...maybe test means its still being tested so if you use this post ur bugs and stfu...or at least stfu
God forbid that people have to actually play the game as it's intend to be played... BY THEM! I'm not fussed that HB is still in development stage... I'd rather they get it right so I don't get smacked with a ban. Keep up the good work dev's. Ignore that shitheads who continuously complain. Tell them to take their complaints up with Blizzard. That should shut them up.

This is a paid service. It's not out of the question for people to complain. If Facebook was down for almost two weeks, everyone would be bitching too. When you pay for something you expect results. If the bot was free, everyone complaining should just stfu, but it's not.
I have posted for help in the past and received it almost immediately. The service they render is more than adequate for the price.(my opinion) Besides I know they welcome constructive criticisms and complaints because it will help improve their service. I was speaking of all the useless bitching. (yes like this post seVen )
^This. You pay for Facebook? Mine's free. I paid for HB, and I know it's down, I know it will come up when they're good and ready to release a version they feel is stable enough to do what it should. That's what's not understood. It will be released when It's released. All the complaints aren't going to make things go any faster. It just shows how inconsiderate and ungrateful the community is, for the most part. Those that know what goes into this bot are the ones that aren't QQing their asses off and complaining about, "I'm a paying customer. Give me what I want... NAO!!!" They're patiently waiting for things to be handled, as mature human beings would do.
Lol And seriously, if you guys are going to bitch about it being down, why don't you go build your own bot yourself that has 100 percent uptime. Because it seems like that is what you expect, and you just think that because you pay for something it should work all the time. I guarantee the DEVs are working their asses off right now. Its not like they are just letting their paying customers sit for months and months with no bot to use.
Don't get the wrong idea. I'm with you, and I don't complain about being a paying customer, or any of this other nonsense. I'm perfectly fine with whatever they're doing. If they wanted to keep the bot down until it was as close to perfect as possible, then I'm all for it. I'm not one of the whining, demanding QQers. I'm actually very patient and understanding. I know what these guys have to go through, and I know that every major patch turns things upside down. I've been playing by hand or using PQR since HB has been down. I'm patiently waiting for things to work properly again.
If everyone paid monthy, i could understand some bitching. I ordered 3 more keys just as the bot broke. Im not rageing mad. That was $75 to (or so)
Let me break down some of our "QQ" see if your little brain can grasp it. Some of us run and pay for 5, 10, 25,50 accounts. Dishing out 150-1000 a month in sub fees to just let it sit there and get wasted is a huge piss off. This is our income and what we do, you get laid off from your job or your welfare check gets cut off and you have to deal with no pay for 2-3 weeks or more and have no money coming in but yet you still have to pay rent, buy groceries, pay car payments. "Get a different job" argument is invalid, this is our job. So stop being stupid and posting ignorant comments when you cleary are not that bright, I have personally just bought 9 more accounts just before the patch so I can get them for $25 a shot. HB has been down 2 weeks now almost and I have not made anything to warrant paying $150 for another month of game time. So understand why we are bitching. Does not matter, how the downtime was handle alot of people wasted alot of money and are pretty pissed off. I have wasted more money in 2 weeks then my bots are worth. We have a right to be pissed

If my only source of income was dependent on a third party program and all of that programs coders I would maybe have a plan b. Or else get off my ass and contribute to society and get a real job. Exactly "Get a real job" is invalid, just because I make money botting and he doesn't he assumes that it isn't a real job? Because a guy places a add in a newspaper or creates a website that does nothing except generate add revenue. He doesn't have a real job? yet he makes a wealthy living off it? Give me a break with that invalid"get a real job" bullshit. Some of us invest $1000's in this and expect a return or at least some warning and good communication.
