So when I start up HB it attaches to the first instance of WoW but when I open up HB again it says it cant find a valid instance of WoW to attach to the second instance. anyone else having this issue?
Honorbuddy v2.5.6199.427 started. Logging in... Buddy Sessions: 0/0 ----- Shared Sessions: 1/1 ------------------------------- You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to! Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with! This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #16048 You are currently on build #0 There are 64 bit WoW processes running, did you start from the WoW launcher? If so, please start Wow.exe manually to use the 32 bit game version! -------------------------------
I think you have to launch the actual WOW application. Not launch WOW from the launcher window thing. That should fix it. Edit: That's for the second person, not the first. But what I said is stated in your error message.
that is the exact error I am getting, I am running it in 32bit as I have a seperate install of WOW, it attaches to the first one just fine...just not the second session of WOW EDIT: also I am launching directly from wow.exe not the launcher
SOLUTION to problem is loading the first HB and waiting till it is completely loaded and start the profile before opening a second HB. I am used to opening all the wow windows logging in and then opening up all the HBs at the same time and then clicking start on all of them... this doesnt work this way anymore. anyways hope this helps someone else with this same issue.
