      this has been happening for about a week since i got hb its been saying [00:23:18.335 N] Logging in...
      [00:23:21.794 N]
      Invalid product key!
      [00:23:22.003 N] Authentication failed!

      without the numbers here is my log i saw that you needed it when you was helping someone else

      o yea and i made sure on buddy auth that it was the right product key cause i keep trying and this has been happeng like 1 week since i got hb

      umm tony emailed me a couple times but it is still doing the same think i even uninstalled the last version and updated it

      try something please.restart your router and tell me if that fixes it
