I was recently banned on 5th day of using HB.. But i used it basically 24-7.. But i did socialize and what not I realize i was stuck on a wall dismounting/mounting for awhile and i got banned a couple hours afterwards. When my ban is lifted, should i continue usuing it, but more wisely? I'm scared to get banned again :/
If it is account you play on, I would suggest never botting on it again. Get a totally seperate account and level up quickly with HB (and can farm along the way) and then use GB. I used herb/mining when leveling and then during GB.
if its a main you absolutely want to keep. create a second account (remember it has to be last name similar as your first) - then transfer $25 that toon to a clean account.

Yea, so should i continue botting but more wisely? This is my main account.. Right now i'm dropping it. haha
A rule of thumb in botting is, if you care for the account dont bot on it. What you should do is create a second account with the same name and then when you have botted a char up account transfer it. -Shadow-
There seems to be a possible connection in Blizzard banning accounts based on billing info, so I would keep the botting account paid for exclusively by game time cards, seeing as how its essentially the same price and removes even that tiny bit of uncertainty. edit: Back when I used a different, inferior bot, I had a main account I never botted on even once and it got nailed by the banwave, and the bot had always been run on my laptop if I was botting while playing, never 2 wow IDs on same computer. Only connection I could find between them was account info.
if your afraid for your main account, don't bot it, don't sell gold, and NO DO NOT TRANSFER A TOON FROM OR TO A BOTTED ACCOUNT..... duh... that would link them
So it wouldn't matter if it were on my main acc or not... I wana try botting with percaution.. I don't wana get banned lol
Just keep botting, if you get banned, start from scratch, the joy of botting is.. YOu can get to 80 in 2 weeks, with 2 gathering proffessions and an alt stood by the mailbox with thousands worth of herbs, ore, cloth, greens/blues. More than enough to start fresh on a new account xD So if you get banned, pft, only issue is buying wow and the expansions again
Meh i'll keep botting with percaution.. if i get banned screw it. What shocks me is that people bot like i did and don't ever get banned. It must've been that messed up mesh
Just keep in mind that Cawpet doesn't actually play the game or he wouldn't have that cavalier attitude. It is actually a pain in the ass to rebuild that character and regain your raid status and gear quickly.
