No Routine were loaded (Rogue)

I have been having issues with my rogue across the board. Hopefully, I can help with the process. Today was checking on updates and can't get passed No Routine were loaded. I deleted the shaman folder and went as far as deleting them all before deleting honorbuddy and starting all over fresh. I am trying to use the rogue CC but that is also in the works.
Some of the issues prior to "Routine Error". Spams stealth but will not stealth. Gives spell not learned error. Also will not attack. I tried to change it so it only chooses one mount and that worked for a minute and then stopped. When he managed to stealth he would not attack. Also, will not add poisons to weapons. I know MadDog is working that with his profile now. Thanks for all of your continued hard work on this.

Yes. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. When I logged in, it asked me if I wanted to downloaded the latest version and I accepted.

Thank you. I am able to start honorbuddy now. Now I am having an issue with the bot stopping once he gets in the BG.
