Just a curious question.. been searching couldn't find an answer.. Anyone know.? So like I botted grind / pvp on my hunter for about 7hrs... i then played manualy.. lvled professions / talked / etc... for a hour Now.. I switched toons and using gatherbuddy... Do they track the amount of hours of account or toon? Account would make sense...
Blizz might but you might be less likely to get reported for farming area X if you only do it for an hour on toon Y, then do something else on toon Z, etc.
Trackers go based off the toon, but they can see how long your account has been on. In other words, it would be like this toon a : online from 4:32 - 8:42 toon b : online from 8:43 - 1:07 ETC. so, if they look at your account, they can see what toon you were on, where you were standing exactly at 5:32 pm etc. but they wont look at your account unless you've been reported. Changing toons /profiles = lower chance of being reported. TLDR: Swap toons / profiles every so often, if possible, use multiple accounts.
I just to have a 6 toon Arelog going, (2 farming herb/ore), 1 doin pvp, 1 questing, 1 archy and 1 skinning), all for about 45min - 1hr. I switched the Arelog profile every day, so my toons didnt do the same all the time, next day i could have 1 herb/ore different zone, 3 pvp, 2 archy No ban/suspension, not even a GM-wakeupcall Now, i dont bot that much, due to not really needing anything, but im still part of an awesome community
