I've noticed that erenion has an addon that reports out to a site.... which makes me believe that IRC reporting is possible.... my thinking is that you're obviously going to have your own IRC setup weather it be on a server, on your home computer whatever, if you're botting you're obviously not going to be a retarded frog man. My idea would be: combat logged to #charnamec /say logged to #charnames /w logged to #charnamew /g logged to #charnameg so on, so fourth....if these had the ability to chat back into the game from a specific nick on IRC as well that would be fucking awsome.... probably impossible but damn i can dream, right?
Yeah it can probably be done, I just wrote a simple one to send whispers to my Blackberry when I'm semi-afk so I can run in and check the bot. AFAIK IRC is just a TCP connection, so it should work about the same way.
