Still stuck on initializing flight paths

I know that this problem has been around before, I have read other posts and tried those fixes.
For a while it worked with replacing singular with CLU, but the last few days it has been impossible to get it running.
Is this a CC problem?

1. WoW 32 started as admin
2. Most recent version of HB downloaded and started as admin
3. HB gets stuck on initializing flight paths
4. When removing singular, HB starts but is useless without cc.
5. when adding CLU instead of singular, the same error occurs.
6. when closing the application wow crashes, see img

No One answer and i have the same problem OMG !!

 

I still have the same problem too, even after using the fixer tool

 

just keept trying...hadt the same problem but eventuallyi it worked
