Banned, how should i proceed to attempt to reclaim my acc

Just got banned for:
"Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy."

First time getting banned in my 2 years venture of botting, probably due to hastiness on my part cos I have kind of sold lots of stuff on AH and ppl may have reported me for selling too much on AH. I have never exchange any gold for real life money ever, so the reason for banning is invalid.

Here are some questions i would like to ask the more seasoned vet with these sort or situation, what did you do to lift the ban?
Do you phone them/ticket them?
What excuse did you use, I was thinking of either saying I got hacked(which i didn't and I fear IP trace could verified this, though my account was recently resubed and never played wow on this address before 15 days ago) or just argueing with I never sold gold (but would be hard pressed to explain the pages of listing on AH)

I rotated them every time I do another bot session

5)What plugins are you using?: none, as none of them are working atm
6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: past 10 days, about 12 hours a day, before that, never botted on this acc
6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 10%
7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 70
8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? no
9)Was your account involved in gold selling? no
10)EU or US realm? US
11)Version at time of banning: Honorbuddy v2.5.6291.461

 

Dude I just got banned too like 20 minutes ago.

 

Where you farming in uldum? Where you selling your gold? Where you flooding the AH? Need info bro. Not just "I got banned here is the email." The only time I've ever gotten banned was gold selling and flooding the AH. And if the bot gets detected they will send you a email with 3rd part program email.

I just got banned as well appealing it as we speak.

 

Yeah I got the exact same email as you><, says I was selling gold, which I've never done, Account locked prolly 30min ago. I was actually in a raid. I've only had bot for about 2 week, only farming low level mining nodes. For a few hours a day.

99% of the mats I farm I put in a alt bank.

Most likely I was reported by the few crz players, lack of nodes and all, could be nothing, I sent them a ticket told them whats up.

If they do monitor gold transactions I did recently give a friend lots of gold, there was a spectral mount on the AH, I helped him get it if that's the case then that's nothing, no gold selling, but they prolly wont see it that way. besides Ive traded lots of gold before buying mounts.

Guess I can hope for the best and get account unlocked.

 

you should be precise when you are reporting a ban I'm really sorry to hear that you got ban, but your ban could help others so they won't get ban, we need more info on your ban, not that I didn't hear any bans in a while know seems it's getting scary

 

I bet Banwave, only like 5 days til MoP. Definitely banwave.

I seriously traded 0 gold in any way in the last month, other than AH. and I have not had over 15k on my persons at one time. so its like WTF?

 

please each one report in separt threads and in details so we could Analysis the bans and how it been done

 

Really not sure if it is, This account was unsubed in 2009, never botted before, resubbed about 15 days ago, and recently move to this address so ip address is pretty clean interms of traces of botting evidence

 

could you please tell me what version of hb you were botting with ??

 

I believe it was the latest one at the time, as I always restart honorbuddy at a new session, and always does the upgrade via its auto upgrade feature if theres a newer version, Honorbuddy v2.5.6291.461
