On the Act 3 champ farming fields of slaughter for some reason my bot runs onto the bridge now then afk inactivity timers out.
tried looking too many shit to look through so just going to download the old bot and old trinity till this shit is fixed
When describing stucks, always try and give as many details as you can; Is it stuck trying to break a barricade? Is it stuck walking into an object/next to a large obstacle? Are there monsters nearby (within combat range) - perhaps through a wall? Is it just stood in an open area doing nothing at all? If yes to the last one - this is likely an issue with the DemonBuddy nav server. There's also some problems with DB path-generation in the new DB builds which is being worked on right now. If it's something in the first three, then screenshots and as many details as you can provide (a description of events etc.) is useful, for starters.
I don't have any logs unfortunately as I uninstalled DB 247 and Giles 1.5.1.2 and moved back to DB 222 and Giles 1.4x. However, I can confirm that he gets stuck right above the stairs by the waypoint. He just moves there and stops moving until inactivity. Not really stuck on anything. Seems like new DB issue which is unfortunate as new Giles 1.5 requires the new DB.
Yes, sounds like it's the nav issue with the new DB versions, I'm hoping we'll be seeing a DB update to fix this "soon" though - at least, I'm hopeful anyway, since I'm stuck on the new DB version for all my bots since I can't exactly keep developing Trinity while using an older version
I have a similar issue - a few feet from the waypoint at rakki's and somewhere in the fields, it will get stuck. Although, mine isnt a normal stuck, my game lags hardcore (like its running at 1 FPS) until I move it manually (although I believe it eventually kicks back in after a few minutes). Ill watch it again this next run and get more details.
Sorry about that let me be more specific, he doesnt even load "rakkis crossing" he is still on Fields of slaughter and you know if you go to the top northern point of Fields of slaughter it leads to Rakkis crossing bridge and I just run onto the bridge and sit there in the open... Going to take a screenshot and upload.
yup. I've never seen my toon run that far from the profile...but anyway, as Giles said, its a known bug and being working on.
I had similar problems in all acts. It is definitely an issue with the new bot. It was just stopping and not using portals properly and all sorts of other bad stuff. I'm back on an older version of DB for the time being.

As I've said, these kind of stucks (not related to being stuck trying to fight a barricade/object/monster) are not related to Trinity. They can be down to the routine/profile (and normally I'd blame that), but lately the new DB versions have some bad pathing/nav-finding issues that crop up at random (and they often KEEP cropping up at the same location, due to Z-height differences in that area). You really need to post any more problems relating to this on the DB support forums HOWEVER - there is no need to, as I can 100% confirm the problem is known, is being worked on, and a fix is probably incoming very soon that seems to clear it up. So strap in, sit tight, and be patient!
