I have encountered this error while using kick's profile at numerous stages, including: during "in defence of far watch" quest and immediately after picking up the "love it or limpet" quest.
I have now run 4 chars through "the defence of far watch" quest, and there appears to be a common theme of once the bot kills the 8th and final razormane plunderer, it will get the index error when it is left with only the razormane hunters left to kill.
