I have the same problem and it has yet to be fixed, im running 32- bit and administrator, and I have followed the set up guides to a T.
you could try changing the Graphics mode from DX9 to DX11. also redownload to make sure you have the latest version of honorbuddy. it can be downloaded at this link http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
