As title says. I've probably been too stupid while downloading some hacks for swtor when it came out (thats what i think atleast), and someone has obviously done something to my computer. I thought just a keylogger. But blizz says they dont see any suspicious activity. Just my ip logging on. And me sending 120000g to some random stranger. Sry they say. Nothing to see here. WTF?!
nah, i was at the computer, was disconnected twice, after that they changed password. cant beleive they could hide a wow process on my machine.... no?
reformat your machine and start fresh, change your passwords and becareful what you download and run.
Poison Ivy and many other trojans got a socks5 function. they start a socks /***** server, get in the game and are logging in. so they bypass the security measures.
^^ Ive tried quite ardently to get my account back, but blizz wont listen to reason. If someone knows just what to say, please tell but ye, im not gonna take it so far they start questioning my farming capacity. Just really surprised / not surprised at all the hackers are finding ways around blizzards security systems... Ty for the tip on poison ivy, ill read. And ye, i will reformat and make passwords. And say ive learnt a lesson (shit if the hackers want they could have my visa, passport and a whole lot of shit right now,,,). Ty for responding to my venting.
