      aUTHENTICATION FAILED. i did write the right name and password but it dosent work. and then i try to write the key only in the username but then it stands that i need to fill in the password to. and when i try to fill in my pass and the code it dosent work. what shuld i do ?

      Close HB. Go to Log On - Buddy Auth Portal And kick the session opened.
      Now Open HB.
      Click Login. If fail try login again. Now is attached.
