Ok this is starting to get really frustrating. Just went to farm in VotFW and its skipping every freaking node. It worked OK in jade forest
If you are in combat the bot just runs by all nodes. This is currently an hb problem. If you are running an grindbot groundmode profile try increasing the range. For me gatherbuddy is working fine. (tried it in several areas)
You have your settings turned off. Turn them on. here: [02:04:14.622 D] LootMobs: False [02:04:14.622 D] SkinMobs: False [02:04:14.622 D] NinjaSkin: False [02:04:14.622 D] LootChests: True [02:04:14.622 D] HarvestMinerals: False [02:04:14.622 D] HarvestHerbs: False
The GB2 bot SHOULD override those settings. The bot is harvesting 10% of the stuff anyways so it cant be that
The bot is NOT in combat. Do you have any idea how painful it is to watch the bot skip literally HUNDREDS of veins and ores? Id like a reply from a dev when this will be looked into/fixes!
Keep in mind there are tons of people out leveling and herbing. Its not just you. Try turning ninja nodes on to see if that's what it is.
It looks like it works now. But I cant say for sure since the bug happens in "waves" But when it ignores the nodes I have watched carefully and there are no one else around So either the bug is still there or removing "ninja nodes" is a temporary fix. Id still like to hear something from a dev...
I tried to turn "Ninjaing on" and my gatherbuddy is still skipping nodes now and then.. :/ (looting & mining on + not in combat) Any ideas on why bot is skipping nodes?
Ninja on or off, settings manually set to true, combat no combat.. Heck I can start on top of a vein, be the only person in the zone with no mobs in range... and it will still run away from the node like its an inlaw at a reading of the will. Been happening steadily since MOP dropped. Once in a blue moon it will suddenly swerve and havest a node only if I'm manualy driving. How can I set the range to something bigger?
it isn't that someone isn't around! , every damn zone of panderia is changable by the quest completed. so you might not see one but he is surely near the node.
Why would Hb be capable to detecting people that are in another zone? I dont see ANY reason why this is even possible/why HB need this feature.
well if thats a reply to me, then I'll say this, this happens in every zone. Any time of the day. Any day of the week. Any character I use, any collection skill I use. I have completely deleted the BH folder and replaced it many times with a fresh install. I ritually delete the compiled assemblies everytime I change characters. It happens on my desktop, it happens on my laptop, it happens if i'm AFK or chatting. In a minute this is going to turn into a Dr. Suess book, so I'll stop here.
you aren't going to get a useful reply from anyone without providing logs. I haven't had any issues with gathering and I spend 12-15 hours a day on gatherbuddy. My only wish is that they would add a feature to skip a node when there is more than 1 mob within 30 yards of the node
Does your profile contain any Blackspots? Nodes within these will always be passed up, and depending on your circuit and traffic you may be seeing the same nodes many times. I'm going to assume that your 90% statement was an exaggeration. If it's not that then I have no clue, but if it is you might want to tweak the radius of Blackspots until you can get nodes. Remember that the Blackspot circle is actually twice the radius in diameter, so a simple 20 yd radius Blackspot actually cuts out quite a swath of game area and potentially nodes.
gatherbuddy keeps telling me not set to a referance of a object this is after a fresh install and no matter what profile i load it wont go.
Lol. You might be right. Just look at the profile and the creator had a blackspot with 1000 yards range.
No thread Hijacking you! Lots of time simply closing HB, closing wow and restarting both will fix this issue.
