[Neutral] Icecrown - Valley of Fallen Heroes - 78-80

Just thought I'd throw this up, don't really care about your comments/thoughts/suggestions, do with it what you want. Wanders around the eastern side of the Valley of Fallen Heroes killing everything there, no vendor no repair, good for grinding out xp and getting greens / greys. Usually just one mob, occassionally will aggro an extra (these are mostly yellow mobs with a few reds wandering around). Occasionaly you'll target a running mob and that could end badly, but mostly not.

File: Valley of Fallen Heroes.xml is for HB2. Enjoy. It's also been updated for lvl77-80 but be warned.

It also repairs & vendors at the Shadow Vault. If you haven't got the rep for the Ebon Blade, you'll just die horribly if you try this. So edit out the vendor/repair parts if you've not got your rep upto friendly.

nice profile man using this now from 78 almost 79 atm, all the other spots/profiles seem to be taken already by bots I think Honorbuddy is getting too popular

 

used for a few hours to level last half level, its good for it, but sometimes bot gets one of those running mobs and it can go bad. besides that its ok and works nice.

 

Working this on a level 77 Death Knight atm. Had to modify the original profile to allow level 77 to start. With rested XP, I'm averaging about 400k xp/hour. Excellent profile, practically nonstop pulls as a Death Knight (due to Death Grip). However for other profiles that do not have much of a ranged pull, or a ranged pull that may be delayed, this profile could have issues due to the speed of the mobs running around.

 

Best profile ever tried.
Retri pala 150k -155k XP / Hour and of course without any heirlooms.
The only problem is that it doesnt have any vendor/mail

 

WOW! this profile rocks.. I died and it still made it back to get my corpse without guiding it , though I am only 77 at the moment I had to modify it. But no one around and really pretty easy kills, though I did attract 2 adds hehe

Using this profile with HB2. Works like a dream, using it with mixed pvp&lvling on a 78 warr. from 0% 2 lvl i got 1lvl during the night ) Cheers m8 <3

Love using this in HB1. However since moving to HB2 it navs too far to the south. This is where all the undead/ghosts are already aggrod. This kind of means lots of deaths for any of my toons plate to cloth all die here the same. I tried put a rather large blacklist at the base of it but as usual with anything i do it didnt work lol.

I May go back to HB1 if i want to use this profile i think

Going to give this a go on my toon. The place I was just at was only giving 75k/hr xp. Ill edit back how it goes.

It actually worked pretty well. Was getting about 150k/hr with only a few deaths. Thanks a lot for this.

 

lol holey crap, haven't looked at this thread in a bit. nice. glad people like it, one of my favorite spots in the game. I'll see if I can get around to updating this for HB2...

Edited it for personal use (removed vendor and changed the min level) - on a 76 shadow priest, I dinged 77 very quickly and am well on my way to 78 - 225k EXP/hr, full heirloomed apart from the ring. Adds are more common than expected due to pulling issues, but it's working out in my favour .

 

It's because the blackspots in this profile are formatted wrong for HB2. I made my own version of this profile for HB2, you can find it here.
