Problems

Hello good morning I would like to ask the forum honorbuddy if my problem has a solution.
About a week ago I have an account (which I got) to if you do not know if the account is paid or is access.The fact is that I eh boteado with the character since the last release but will not let me. I wonder if any option ahy again able to use the account. I hope someone from the solution thanks.
In the event that no solution ahy any option which may have free honorbuddy even fewer rights?

Dont put anything in the password box, just your key, that should work.

I also still get the error regarding the dowload of 4.0 after is has been sucessfully installed
