Kicks got them in his questing folder, "Kicks-1-85-Holiday-Hallows End- Hallows end Dailies I know it's for alliance but you can get a decent amount of it done on horde with his profile.
There is also IDK has Hollows End candy collecting (fly only looks like). I forget where his postings are but here's the svn idontknow-devteam - Revision 114: /trunk/IDK This is the one I am using on Horde. Edit: I've been informed in a private message that I'm an idiot for posting this so take my post with a grain of salt at this point I guess. I was just trying to be helpful.

Those files look like just a modified version of Kicks for the horde side. I was going to do this, and actually had started working on it. I'll be testing these.
Try questing, loot and loot chests I have clicked. If not then try via grinding. btw it is not my profile I shared, it's just what I picked up at random for holiday collecting. You may have to do a deep forum search to find the original but the svn link is good that I posted. I just know it works and thats all I needed.
