      Used it for a day. I liked what I saw, super customizable where you can create your own profiles. Customer service was great for the one issue I had. I wanted to run it instead of my current bot set up for 10 accounts across WoW and D3. My day pass runs up in an hour and now I've been stuck authenticating constantly. "It'll be fixed Monday"

      Is that a frequent cry around here? I mean, Sure some people here are spending peanuts but in reality many are purchasing multiple sessions. For the people behind the company this is a business. You don't get to take "weekends" off when you want. You should be fixing this and if not, moving on to another career.

      Pre-mop everything was working fine.
      And then MOP came...

      Time will tell if these fixes will fix the issues or just patch them up until it all goes down the drain again.
      Might also want to look into competitors depending on what your plan is.

      First time I've ever experience an outtage like this, been a user for about a year.

      It's disappointing yes, and inconvenient, but it doesn't happen often tbh.

      Well, I just wasted the last two hours of a one day pass due to multiple issues that seem to resolve around server issues. I mean it was 99 cents test day so it's not a big deal. It just becomes a bigger deal when you dish out a few hundred for multiple sessions which I'm hesitant to do. Some of these issues make no sense either, like a bot that randomly stops questing and suddenly can't use a mesh it has been using or a mesh that is already downloaded. I would think it is simply my problem but the forums seem to be full of people with similar issues. The one thing that we have in common is that it will be fixed "in the future".

      I know this is the seedy part of the net, but I'm hesitant and I'm sure others are as well to shell out cash for a program that randomly goes down, especially those who keep certain bot profiles to maximise bot usage in the safest way possible.

      The bot has been kinda broken ever since 5.0 came and with every update they release it works even worse... Dont know what the staff is doing.

      I put my money on the competitors for the moment. Its been 1 month since release. 0 things working atm.

      Im actually really enjoying my Honorbuddy experience on MoP, my pandaren is already 83 using only questing bot and a bit of pvp. Authenticating problems happens, rarely

      yep seems like the devs arent exactly running along a plan with this like graduately improving as we get further into MoP, at this time it looks like their guessing at what to do, change that Oups bummer that diddnt work rollback change this Oups bummer that diddnt work rollback. i guess blizz devs are wtfpwning bossland devs :p

      A huge change like clustering or load balancing the auth/nav servers is not a small project. It was not expected. Give them time and stop being drama queens!

      I completely agree.. This might not happen often - but it's been going on for weeks now just like someone mentions its getting worse for each update. I was about to purhase a couple of licences myself but when I can't even login to the bot for days.. I am starting to doubt my choice of bot.

      They really need to either hire more devs and I don't care if there's a montly subscription fee for every license aslong as I can bot when 95% uptime..

      Sure, you have a point. I understand network issues happen and they are usually beyond the immediate control of the programmers. The one thing that is not inexcusable is the lack of redundant safeguards. If an employee told you one day "oops, sorry i lost everything because it wasn't backed up" you would fire him. This company which seems to be doing rather well with the price of subscriptions and the amount of botters seemed to lack any redundant safeguards in regards to their systems.

      The correct answer to "oh, the Auth servers went down" should not be "well, wait for X person to come back and fix it". This is not some counter strike server box, it is a company. The correct answer should be "oh, Auth servers went down, well the automatic backup was initialized, we'll wait for X person to take a loot at the main one and see what the problem is". In other words it should be seamless. If they have such a huge load on the servers that they are going down than they are making enough cash to have redundant systems. Hell, you can buy that sort of on demand as needed redundancy, I did it for our Bf2 servers back in the day.

      So yes, it is not a small project, but they are not making small cash either. If this was a monthly subscription service they would be bleeding subscribers faster than WoW during Cata.
