    • My HB cannot be logged in. This happened again!!!

      As my topic says, that I recently have met this issue that I cannot log in my HB for unknown reasons. This happened again and again with random time cap. I just wonder if anyone could figure out the causes.
      Here is my logs in the attachments. I have tried many times after I DCed from server, and my HB just cannot be logged in anymore.
      Please help me out on this and I will be really appreciated.

      We are aware of the issues that are affecting the servers currently.
      Announcement:

      [OFFICIAL] Server Issues (Oct. 18 2012)

      These issues include Authentication failed and GB2 node issues.
