Singular PvP FrostFire Mage (Always in the top 3 damage dealer - 68% win)

Set-Up for MoP 5.0.5a :
15 - Presence of Mind
30 - Ice Barrier
45 - Ice Ward
60 - Cold Snap
75 - Living Bomb
90 - Incanter's Ward

Glyphs (optional for Bot, Mandatory to manual PvP -> Not having glyphs might be suspicious):
-Deep Freeze
-Spellsteal
-Evocation

-Momentum
-Mana Gem
-Penguin

This bot is focusing on surviving by spamming Ice Barrier - Ice ward - Incanter's Ward on cooldown.
First attack is always living bomb (instant frostfirebolt proc).
Uses Brainfreeze procs.
It shatters in a somewhat clever manner (Wont use Ice Lance with Fingers of Frost on an already frozen target).
Wont Deep Freeze a target is already stunned OR silenced.
Wont Deep Freeze WITH Fingers of Frost IF the target is frozen by another spell (Frost nova - Pet Freeze)
Interrupts spells (random ones for now. I thought about making a list of spells to interrupt but it would take forever - Will think about that tho.)
Uses effective cooldowns ON cooldown (Mirror Image - Icy Veins - Time Warp (if more than 3 enemies around) - Frozen Orb (Fingers of Frost proc-fest))
Attempt to spellsteal before casting useless frostbolts.

I hope I'll get some good feedbacks - Might make other Routines if people enjoy mines.

Installation -> \Routines\Singular\ClassSpecific\Mage\ -> Delete(make a backup if you need to) Frost and Common and copy mines to this location.

how is this in arena?

 

I didn't test its effectiveness in Arenas since I don't know anyone who would want a bot in his arena team.
Give it a try.

 

Ok this is really too bad nobody is posting here. I tried this one for a few hours and the damage is great, on one game it even went 5-0. I really hope you will find motivation to make something like this for Ret PVP or one of those classes which can be kind of complicated for a bot to do correctly.

Actually I might make a Fire one. I'm doing arenas using a fire spec, the damage output is much larger than frost. I'm thinking about making a routine for fire as well. Someone asked me for a ret pal pvp routine, i'll see what I can do. Thanks for the feedbacks.

Damnnnn Son... I used it for the first time last night and my bot went 32 and 6... that is the best by far it has ever done. I got ~Lvl and a half. Thanks bro.

 

Btw i have noticed a lot that it does not turn the correct way before casting Frozen orb so it just goes off in the direction u were running a split second before u turn to your target or into the pack. If you could start casting on a target first then cast the orb it may correct this for a majority of the times. Those FoF procs would help the overall dps/damage even more. Thanks

Thats quite strange since it only spellsteals at the end of the priority selector. Just before frostbolt.

Are you sure you werent simply Locked in your Frost school ?

How? I'm getting a completely different behavior from it...nothing at all like the PvP behavior...PvP it does everything you would expect it to, Questing, however, is much different...it keeps Ice Barrier on CD which is good, I guess...but then it just spams Frostbolt...it won't open with Living Bomb, or use it at all for that matter...won't Frost Orb, just about everything it's listed to do in PvP...nil in PvE.

 

What would be the best way to extend ~line 35 in "Common.cs" here, to check for if the battleground start is still pending? I would like it to buff these perhaps during perhaps the last 10 seconds. If you don't do this, it'll spam your 30s duration cooldowns when they expire which can look suspicious especially if you get in early. It's about the only thing I've seen commented on by other people in the battleground. Here is around the relevant code:

hi i been suing this cc thanks alot for it. leveling from 86. i see spec uses living bomb but i never seen my mage cast it. other than that awesome.

80% of the Time, the Bot spamm "Spell- Steal" --> what can i do to config that?

Spell Steal make no so much Dmg to get in the Top3...

spellsteal is the #1 priority if you want to make damage

 

If you steal an ability that's beneficial to damage. If your character is just spamming it and snagging hots or protective buffs, it's not nearly as beneficial. This is going to be doubly so with the increased mana cost in 5.1.
