Hey there, Since i'm currently having problems using any MOP profiles without them crashing, I thought i'd spend my time productively by powerlevelling a guild using low level characters. Am I right in my understanding that all quests give 60k experience to the guild, regardless of their level/objective (as long as it's not one of the repeatable quests that blizzard nerfed). If that is the case, I plan on loading up a friends account, creating a guild and inviting my own account on new characters to do levels 1-12, then delete them and redo it over and over again. I think this might be the easiest and fastest exp gain at the moment, but feel free to correct me! My question is then, which profile/starting race has the most quests/clears fasted using HB? I'm planning to level one on both factions.
I heard Worgen 1-6 is very fast to do. Probably Orc for Horde is fastest although I've not tested that.
Already thought about that too. I think i would go for 1-20 or 1-30, because in my experience botting from 1-85 was fast between 1-30 and 60-80. I always wanted to try out Shaman and Lock, so i will just reroll those 2. What you should also think about is the BOA-Items and the best class to level fast (i guess ProtPaladin is pretty fast).
you only get 7 dungeon bonus's remember - 300k/xp each to match that at 60k a quest is only 5 quests, then choice is yours i guess
Well BoA items will speed up your questing by a large margin so its worthwhile, to be honest with BoA though I'd go with damage over tank as you will be well overgeared so it becomes a DPS race.
I've done this a couple of times lately, and the best way I found to do it was to simply go from level 1 to 5. The quests begin to slow down after level 5. However, I had five bots running, so by the time I got the fifth one started it was time to start a new level one character. I got bored with that real fast, so I would let some of them run to level 21 or until they made "Champion" with the guild. Also, I got a little paranoid because it seemed like some people were following my lowbies around watching them. I was doing all of them human and cranking out a bunch of new characters with similar characteristics, so it did look suspicious. Furthermore, they were all getting stuck on the seasonal decorations at the starting area. So, I began to use everything except humans. BTW, don't try to use Pandas because you cannot invite them to your guild until they are high enough level to choose their faction.
PS I've had great success using Cava's MoP questing profiles and the singular CC for DK. Panda is so full of adds right now, you have to play a character that has strong AoE in order to survive. I've also had success with a feral Druid and a Ret Pally, but they have both died a few times. The Druid and the Ret Pally need some special help with their CCs, but if you read the CC forums you should find something that works. I'm using Super Bad for my Druid, and having decent success with that. I cannot remember which CC I chose for the pally, but it's nothing great. He struggles more than the Druid. Post Post Script: There are vendors in MoP that will sell you gear that is usable in MoP. It is inexpensive, good quality gear and better than most of the stuff you will be able to buy in the AH at lvl 85 to 86. Each piece is around 50 gold.
Use mass invites to get a few people to join your guild, or get a few friends to do 7/7 dungeons and quest. i personally mass invited and offered free repairs to everyone.. im now leveling my third guild to 25 (its lvl 2 atm)
Thanks for all the advice! Heres what i've settled for: Purchase 5 new Accounts at ?4 each, 1 month free subscription. Level using Undead for Horde and Human for Alliance, only upto level 6 Not using Heirlooms cuz new accounts. @ Lotrodude - Not sure what you mean by the MoP stuff i'm only using low level characters, and i know not to use Pandas haha @ Denherken - as was mentioned you can only get the 7/7 dungeon bonus as as a guild once a week, and it requires at least level 15 to do start them. @ Sven - Very server specific, I've tried this on my current server and before I even got one person i'd levelled the guild to level 5 by myself just getting to level 90.
how about arena? can anybody tell me, how much guildxp 1 arenawin gives? i thought to post in realm forum that i will support arena teams. give them a ts3 server, repair from guildbank, and 50g/win. 10wins/day =500g, repair for free, mazbe interesting for arenafans. i just dont know how many wins are needed to pust the guild from 1 to 25
I'm currently trying to invite more people who are willing to leveling, offering 1k g / 5 million guildactivity. I was really hard in lvl 1 and it's still hard, I've had it for like 3 days now and we just dinged 3. What I'm doing: questing my pandaren monk from lvl 1, it's currently lvl 23. questing my druid from 88-90. I think I'm going to lvl a hunter after the druid is 90 and pandaren is 60. I can't use any questing profile at the moment, keeps getting DC'd so I need to do it on my own. :/
Aye same with me keep getting DC'd that's why i'm doing this manually. As i said to Sven, I levelled a guild from 1-5 just getting my Warrior from 85-90 and my monk from 1-60
I am currently giving away 10k gold per week for the 3 most active members of my guild, also they can repair for 50g (or 100g if they are in my guild for a long enough time) per day. I make about 20k gold per day, so I don't give a fuck about that gold as long as they push my guild
