i dont think mages is that bad.. just alot downtime from drinking.. but they get better when you hit lvl 50ish
I have the same problem. I'll try to remember what mailbox it is next time it happens. The bot wouldn't loot the items for 'Doom Weed'. Do I need to have something checked under Bot Settings? This profile is working pretty well so far on my Level 15 Paladin (Started from 1).
Same problem here on the mailbox in UC I planned to get the x,y,z of it tonight Another issue, that I am not sure if it is the Profile, CC, or gear issue. But at Level 18 I set my Mage up and went away came back about 2 hours later to see he had only gained 26% exp and had 36 Deaths. He killed 143 Mobs in this time. And appears to have done 1 maybe 2 quests. I attached a log of what happened in those 2 hours. But alot of the deaths seemed to be close together, he would die rez run back and die in same spot rinse and repeat. Thanks
A few I've run into... Elixir of Pain (ID 501) - For some reason, it REALLY wanted to try and kill the level 32/33 mountain lions that were about 10 levels above me. This one could probably use an override to force it to stay where the lower level ones spawn. Battle of Hillsbrad (ID 527) - Farmer Ray spawns on the second floor of a building, the bot targets him but runs in circles on the ground floor. Battle of Hillsbrad (ID 539) - The miners and foreman are underground in a mine, the bot runs around on the surface. Even if I manually walk into the mine, it'll try to get out and run back to the surface (even targeting the spiders on the surface instead of the miners right nearby). Dangerous! (ID 567) - Same problem, it'll find and kill 3 out of the 4 targets, but the miner is in that same mine. In addition, I've had the same "stuck on a mailbox in the Undercity" issue. This is with a Paladin, it gets stuck on the way back from training every time and can't dislodge itself. <Blackspot X="1547.315" Y="276.7646" Z="-61.99342" Radius="2.189132" /> should fix it, but eTrain doesn't seem to pick up on it. One other thing I just discovered - if you happen to have Supplying the Sephulcher when eTrain tries to fly to the Undercity for training, it causes eTrain to stop and the whole bot to just stop doing anything. It may be worth it to blacklist Deathguard Podrig (his ID is 6389). That's the only questline he starts, and it would prevent that from happening.
I haven't used GB/HB in over 3 months and just downloaded the latest version of HB and set up a new mage to run this profile. I can't find a mesh to use. Are the meshes labeled as .xml now? Or am I missing something?
meshes arent needed anymore as they are stored server side,all you need is the xml and to a place to store the downloaded meshes!
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. My character runs around killing things, but doesnt seem to be picking up any quests at all. Any ideas? Figured it out myself =)
What was the answer? Mines doing the same, was all going great, but now he just runs around killing things ignoring quests.
Yeah mine too,it seems he is busy making money collecting herbs and mines now,eventhough he just level 15,making 100 gold already
I can think of two things 1. Is your HB set on question mode in the drop down menu? 2. Is the profile at a point where it grinds? At certain levels it will resort to grinding when it has done all the quests it has been told to do.
Questing, yes, could be point 2, never thought of that. I'm in Silverpine and level 21 (now, was 17 when I arrived) and it's happily grinding away. I'll move on to Hillsbrad see if it sorts itself out. Edit: I thats it thankyou. I'm certainly not skilled in xml but had a quick look and it says that it will stay until 22 then move on (I think) Thanks Edit again, that was it thank you, forgive my newbieness! This is happening to me too. Unfortunately never noted the co-ords last time he stuck, manually moved him a little and off he goes again. I'm leveling a warlock and using the eTrain plugin to train new skills and he seems to get stuck after visiting the Warlock trainer in Undercity and making his way back to the Flight Master. Other than that, a couple of quests he didn't know how to finish but never actually fell over at any point and working like a charm. Big thank you for this profile.
My mage doesn't do any quests at all as well. Actually it just goes around collecting herbs and minerals on question mode. :O
