Finally Done With Leveling...11 Level 90's, One server, One of Each Class DONE!

Just finished leveling my last level 90 on my main account today. Each character has 600 of each of their main professions as well, so now its time to level fishing and cooking up to 600 on each. Many of the characters already have full 458 pvp gear as well.

Even with how crappy the HB servers have been, I wouldn't have been able to do it without HB!

Thanks for all the compliments. A little info:

The monk was the first to be leveled to 90 and was almost completely done by hand, and leveled through questing. Took just over 30 hours played after the RAF granting straight up to 81 and then spending a couple additional hours getting Engineering and Mining to 600. Mining was leveled by smelting and then mining on my way while questing.

All other characters were mostly leveled to 88 by grinding. I experimented quite a bit with Cava's 85-90 profiles, but due to bot issues more than profile issues, I simply found it faster to grind. Mostly Jade Forest grinding to 87, then Kota Peak/Howling Caverns grinding to 88. I didn't do a single dungeon on any other character besides my Monk.

Once Cava released his Townlong Steppes questing profile, I used that questing profile to level 5 of the 11 characters by questing. Dread Wastes is very difficult to quest bot for most of my classes, even with full 429 gear from the Steppes. I would usually quest bot all of 88 and the back to Kota Peak to finish to 90.

As far as classes go, I experimented with every CC from these forums. I found that Singular, or modified Singular profiles to be the best for leveling. The easiest class to bot to 90 hands down was a Blood DK. I dunno if the CC is just really good, or if a Blood DK is just OP. Either way, the DK's combination of high dps along with high avoidance made them very easy to level. The hardest was probably the warlock. There was absolutely no decent warlock profiles until Fpsware just released his profile. My lock was the lowest dps to level.

I made every single character after my monk full 415 gear that I enchanted to get the character to 88. This includes everything but cloaks and trinkets (with trinkets I would give them all a dragonling trinket at 87). Classes that I couldn't craft weapons for I would buy green weapons off the AH. Almost all characters have Alchemy and had the 450 alchemy trinket as well. I also made my Living Steel daily which brought in a good daily income on top of everything else I've been doing

All of the characters were 85 at the end of Cata, so all of them went from 85-90. Average leveling time was around 3 days played for each, some a bit faster than that, some slower.

My main account is sitting on just over 2 million gold currently and has been around that number for months now. With having every main profession maxed, I haven't found much to really spend gold on thus far. I'll Start getting rep on all the characters now and will be able to craft anything I want. With mounts account wide, that will save me a ton of gold.

I do have a pure farming account that has 2 other 90's on it. This account runs almost 24-7 herbing and mining. It has been banned several times and has been reinstated within 2-3 hours after being banned every time. Blizzard's reinstatement policies are a joke....In fact, they're so much of a joke, bans don't scare me in the least.

I almost hope I get banned on my main account and that they don't reinstate the account. Gives me the perfect excuse to finally stop botting. I woulda stopped playing years ago if it wasn't for botting.

All professions were leveled by hand, but it was extremely painless. I guess I shoulda mentioned that each character had maxed professions at the end of Cata as well. With the huge amounts of herbs and ore coming in from my farming account, leveling every profession was extremely easy and took no more than an hour to level everything to 600, most of that time was either spent prospecting, smelting or milling.

The grinding produced more than enough cloth and spirits of harmony to finish off Tailoring and my Enchanting was leveling from the massive amounts of greens I both crafted and gathered.

The only trade that I had trouble with was leveling Leatherworking and crafting gear for my shaman, rogue, druid and hunter. Monk didn't need the gear. I only have 1 Skinner which isn't enough to get enough mats to craft 415 and 450 gear for each of those classes. I've bought a lot of leather, but then again, I crafted hundreds of greens in my attempts to make full sets of 415 gear for the different classes.

Every class was also given full 450 pvp and other gear as soon as they hit 90. I never had to spend a single copper on starter level 90 gear for any character.

I have an entire guild bank with 7 tabs filled with enchanting mats, ores, herbs and cloth. I could level another 20-30 profession, minus leatherworking and probably still have enough mats to make me a fortune.

 

I'm quite interested in how you got yourself unbanned so quickly, is this something you are willing to reveal, possibly pm me?

Gratz on all the work, I really want to get all of my toons to 90, and this has inspired me quite greatly.

 

I have several banned template emails that I've written up over the years based on the stock emails provided in another thread on these forums. I check my emails and bots religiously throughout the day. As soon as I have found out an account has been banned, I choose the appropriate email and open a ticket. At that point, it's just a matter of waiting for a response.

I guess sometimes it has taken longer than 2-3 hours, depending when the suspension actually happens during the day, but I have never not been reinstated from the tickets I've sent in. I'm half-way convinced at this point that Blizz has an auto-responder type system set up for auto-reinstatment if an email contains certain keywords. I of course will never have any way to prove this, but I've had nothing but success with getting accounts reinstated.

 

I too would love to see some of these templates you've used/altered. I'll look through the forums to try and find them.

I had 10 85's pre MOP and want to get all chars to 90 but just haven't seemed to get a good rythm down. I'm only on 1 90 and a few 87's. The profressions I'm totally lacking but run into brick walls on spirits, I fear grinding due to bans

Love to hear about these successes and totally agree about quitting if I lose my main account LOL

I find it amusing when I see people say they have their accounts unbanned every time, I've got an old account that I'd be able to use for SoR if I could get it unbanned. It was banned about 5 years ago for use of 3rd party software and nobody will unban it. I've tried emailing them and even calling them and nobody will do it.

 

There's a difference between seeing your account has been banned and responding within an hour of the ban and trying to get an ancient account unbanned.

If the account was caught in a ban wave and was banned with hundreds/thousands of other accounts, your account is probably permanently banned. Banwave reinstatements generally never happen.

If your account was banned for something like "Abuse of the Economy" instead of using third-party tools, they seem to be a lot more lenient. All of my suspensions have been for abuse of the economy, which I believe is one of the other reasons I always get reinstated.

 

Would you mind to share those email templates that you talked about? I'd like to get my hands on those as well (through PM of course).

I myself started with HB like 3 weeks ago and made about 150.00 with it. 3 accounts with herb/mine toons and max profession toons.

I'd like to prepare myself for the bans.

 

you guys ***** me up..you really think OP is going to share his email responses? If he did that then it would only be a matter of time until they don't work.

 

I'm curious how you leveled the rogue since all my rogue does is dying on any profile with any cc.. I just have him doing BG's non-stop atm since that seems to be the most effective..

Any tips?

yes full heirloomed he rocked like a baws till 80 with the PvPRogue CC and sub specced.
Now @ 80 most looms demand replacement and he's doing.. not so great.. >.<
